Vincent was a 10/10 server. He should be serving at Mastros! His recommendations for the spicy garlic and cajun sauce were spot on. He was extremely attentive, kind, and kept us laughing. The best service I've been given in awhile. Hope B-dubs knows how lucky they are to have him! Thank you!

I get it Super Bowl Sunday and waste management across the street but 2 hours wait for wings when dining in and they were more worried about to go orders 😒

Ordered wings 3.5 hours ago and still waiting…don’t order on Super Bowl Sunday. Can’t even cancel the order. 😞

The manager should take responsibility for assessing a guest’s condition rather than delegating the task to a 20-year-old with little driving experience and no firsthand knowledge of drinking. Relying on someone who has merely read a training manual, rather than someone with practical experience, risks unfairly misjudging a responsible guest who has arranged for a designated driver and is simply enjoying their night out. Won’t be here ever again

The service was amazing, the food was hot and fresh. Clean bathroom. Just all around a great visit, as is expected from BWW

Sat at the bar with my wife. “Kevin” was running EVERYWHERE! Making all the drinks but still found time to be polite, excited and attentive! We will be back! Tipped 80%!! Ask for Kevin!

(I’m a first time customer) I came in to pick-up my To-Go order, and no staff approached me. I stood there for 10 mins being ignored only to realize my food was already waiting on a shelf. I grabbed it and left. At home the wings were cold, over-cooked, and small. ILL NEVER BE BACK & WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW! 😡(And no I will not go to your website to fill out a feedback form. YOU DO IT! You’re informed of my feedback, now act on it before the company goes bankrupt and you lose your job.)

I don’t usually go out to watch sports, but I decided to meet up with some friends who just wanted to grab wings. The burger was amazing, but I’d strongly advise against ordering the grilled chicken tenders. It was literally a frozen chicken breast, cut into three tender-like pieces, tossed on a plate, and served with sauce on the side. Definitely not worth the $10.

Every time I come here there's almost no in there just trying to pick up my online order. Usually no one at the front counter to help you. Then when you ask for help finally getting it 15 minutes later they disappear into the back for another 15 minutes not telling you when your order would be done. This is an extremely common practice at this Buffalo wild wings the rest of them do not do this. Will not be going back to this one again. Don't need to wait 45 minutes to pick up my wings with no communication. And I've never ever had my order on time usually 30 minutes behind schedule when the place is empty. Football playoff games today there are seven people inside probably a reason why.

How bww is still in business is beyond me, I haven't been to a single decent location in probably a decade. The food at this location is on par with something like jack in the box and even that might be too generous. What are you doing in the kitchen that takes you 45 min to make gas station quality food?!

I had a wonderful waitress by the name of Jenny. She was very thorough and timely and did a great job with me. She appeared to be a very hard worker and checked on me often.
