Buffalo Wild Wings

Went for lunch with 9 other coworkers. The service was terrible. My burger was cooked way past well-done. It was crunchy and dry. The waitress gave my dessert to the wrong table and didn't even try to make it right.

We came down to the valley to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. He loves Buffalo Wild Wings. We drove to 2 different Buffalo Wild Wings before reaching this one. The first the service was just extremely slow, nobody was helping the only server out they all just stood around doing side work or something. The second, they had a sign posted that they couldn’t seat for the next 45 minutes. Then we end up at this one. Our server, Vinny was super awesome. Very friendly and hilarious. The manager there was wonderful too. Next time we come to the valley we will just go to this one! Lol

Inconsistent

I used to eat here but the service was too slow. I have been ordering to go for a long time and every single time something is wrong. Missing a sauce, wrong size side, etc. the food is always very inconsistent. Sometimes I get a small wedge when I order a large, sometimes the wings are dry, other times the wings are amazing. I wish this place would get it together

Seated quickly because place was virtually empty, server got drink order then waited 20 minutes for her return with half of water and soda. Returned with remaining water and 1 bar drink which was wrong. Took food order waited another 20 ish when food arrived it
was luke warm to say the least.

Lex at Buffalo Wild Wings was absolutely amazing! From the moment we were seated, she was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She checked in at all the right times, made sure everything was perfect, and brought such a positive, friendly energy to our table. Her great service truly elevated the entire experience. Because of Lex, our visit was enjoyable and stress-free — we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend asking for her!

Bought an order through the app, went to the place, decided to stay and eat there, not one waiter helped me, no napkins, zero service, worst experience.

DO NOT go to this location. Worst customer service ever and disgusting site to see. They do not take care of the location or care about customer service at all. Food all over tables and don't seat you and leave you hanging for 5 minutes while they argue over where a clean table is and who should be our server, this included 3 staff member interactions, 1 whom I believe was the manager and this was on a Sunday during football when they were dead, clearly because others have learned not to come here.

Waited over an hour for food. The chicken wings were cold, around room temperature. Apart from not being warm enough, they turned cold quickly, I kid you not chicken wings looked like old dinosaur bones, old, cold and hard to eat. The quality of food could be better. Do better.

Everything went really well. I don’t recall having you ever gone there although I might have about seven years ago things were perfect. The person that answered the phone. She told me she was new but she did a wonderful job and has great people skills.

I think they probably stole a customer because their burgers are as good as the other gourmet burgers. I was getting somewhere else a little bit closer, but their service was fantastic. They were busy, but they took immediate attention to me.

There are two names. I can’t remember I will put them in later, but the person that answered the phone who was left for home by the time I got there, but she was a real people person and did all the right things and the other person was the guy with longer hair. I think he was at some sort of a manager that was behind the bar. He actually did a lot of the work, but I forgot his name.

I do remember the name of the guy who redeemed my coupon no hassles and super polite. In fact, too polite. I told him to call me by my first name. He’s a real gentleman and I’m all about Service after food when it comes to a restaurant I go out two days a week And do a carryout and I always get burgers and everything was just perfect. Absolutely perfect. The food was really good and I wanted to thank everybody up with the other people‘s names and I hope this makes this to the right people who will recognize you guys and put it in your file when you’re up for review. I hope you all get promoted

The manager’s name was Elijah a very normal name and a very good person. I could just tell by my interaction with him. He’s a little youngest, not necessarily like a kid, but he sure knew what he was doing, and he walked me right to the counter. I appreciate All those little things.!!!

Decent fried bar fare at a surprisingly ok price (by current standards). Kinda sad / depressingly dead on a Friday at 7p - seems to have pretty iffy operations (food, service).

Our server Ashlyn was actually solid and very pleasant.

Unfortunately, the hostess was an immediate downer - the kind that seems annoyed to see you and starts walking away after tossing your menus on the table before you even catch up with her at the table.

Food was so-so. It would have been good if it all made it out hot. But most items were lukewarm and some of our wings were cold.

Probably won’t repeat.
