We have been coming here for years but the last several times we have been getting the worst service, over cooked wings, soggy wings, and orders coming out short. Then, it take too long to correct the problem. We are writing it off. We'll find a new location or new places to visit. It's too bad it dived so hard but we are done giving them yet another chance at redemption.

First time at this location and was disappointed.Service was good - our waiter was friendly and attentive. However, the place was dirty with food all over the floor and it wasn’t busy at all. Bathrooms were disgusting and not something I would expect at a restaurant like this one. There wasn’t soap, dispenser was broken/apart and sink was dirty. I would expect this at a local bar but not here.Food was okay. Wings were cold by the time we got them and very little sauce on them. Sides were very good (fries and onion rings).Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

Their service sucked waited and waited for someone to come take my order but the only person working in their just walked back and forth didn't try to let me know they will be right with me nothing. Probably why their was no one in their. Two people did pick up orders. And it was a dine in place.

This was probably the roughest experience I've had at a B-Dubs ever. Our server was attentive and kind, but he was stretched thin seating people and taking care of tables.With that, it took a good five minutes to be greeted and seated. My son got the cheeseburger kids' meal, and his mandarin oranges were old. Tasted and smelled weird, almost as if fermenting. The server swapped them out for fries, which were then stale like they had been sitting.Irrelevant to us on this visit, but the screens with trivia were also messed up, discolored, and not showing the questions.On a positive note, the wings were delicious. Probably not coming back to this location again, though.

The wings had almost no sauce on them, we were shorted a wing, and the sauce cups were so small they didn't even last through half the meal, making very sparing dips.My first and last Buffalo Wild Wings experience. What an embarrassing way to burn 25 bucks.

We came from Chicago to a soccer tournament. We had a server that was either having a bad day or just forgot about us. We had to go get a manager to ask for our check and even with that waited 10min for them to get back to us. Terrible service, got pop and didn’t get offered one refill at all. Will definitely not be back here
