I have eaten here religiously for a couple years and to be honest they have the best breakfast burritos in town but recently they cleaned house with the staff and hired a new batch of kids who can’t go 5 minutes without tripping over their own feet. In the last month alone the portion size has been reduced by 30% and cost went up. Now on top of it i cant even verbally say red salsa without getting green. And their “point system isn’t working” … for the last month. If I was the owner and walked into this mess I would be livid.

Burritos were good except for the fact it's mainly tortilla and one huge tortilla at that. They are pretty stingy with the fillings. I suggest using a smaller tortilla. Some folks don't want a mouthful of tortilla.

I'm so upset. I went here today on my lunch break. Ordered 3 hard chicken tacos. everything was cold. The tacos were loaded with lettuce and tomatos hardly any chicken. The shells were deep fried at one point but they probably just put them in the microwave when preparing the food. I'm so upset I wasted my time and money on this place and to top it off I can't get ahold of anyone on the phone to express to them the frustration and dissatisfaction. Never going back.

Ive lived in the area for about 4 years now. I've been to this location dozens of times. Today I went in around 7:30 am and got a burrito supreme. The order was very quick. I was given a premade burrito that they had sitting in their heater. Once I got home (2 miles down hayden) It was clear it had been sitting in there since open. It was just barely warm. It seems prices have gone up recently which is understandable because of egg prices but in this burrito which seems to be a common theme lately there was hardly any egg. You're paying $9 for a burrito thats been sitting around all morning and is essentially potato with toppings. There is zero chance there was more than 1 egg in the burrito. There wasn't one bite I could taste egg. Although I love their green hot sauce it might be back to Los Favs for me.

I came in right at closing time and tried to ask a simple question and they act like they couldn't answer it because it was quitting time. I said I'm not here for a burrito, just a simple question, and he said come back tomorrow.

My absolute favorite place to get a breakfast burrito in the valley! They are so delicious, and I love their salsa as well!
I love the burritos but every once in a while you'll get a stray shell in the eggs. But overall great burrito. The red and green sauces are hot or miss. The red sauce sometimes has too much oregano. Green sauce sometimes just isn't flavorful. Burritos are made quick so there's hardly a wait.

Definitely a great place to try out their burritos! I wasn’t a reward member but signed up and immediately got $2 off my order. My burrito was a little over 6 dollars, great deal!
