This place is always very empty for the size of it. I really like the drinks! I’ve been coming here for the past 8 or so months and I’ve become friends with the barista. Shira always asks about my kids or my day. I wish they would extend the hours maybe? And add some GF menu options
This place is one of the best Americanos I’ve ever had
This place is super fun! The Barista name, Shira, is wonderful. She blends up some good drinks and she is also very good with kids too. I really like coming here as the Cafe is clean and we love the kids play area here. Thank you for the sweet service.

Me and my Mahjong group visited here and were happy with the atmosphere and tea. The service and red head barista were both lovely and I look forward to coming back again.

Extremely rude experience this morning with Shira, the barista. Abrupt demeanor, I asked for a drip coffee with cream. She took order, no thank you etc. I waited…and then asked if the drip coffee was ready. She replied she had no drip coffee only americanos. There were no other customers and she hadn’t even started the order despite the wait time. No apologies etc, just a rude demeanor. I asked for a refund as I had not wanted a americano. which she did. Silent and sullen attitude. If the coffee shop has no drip coffee she should have made that clear on purchase. Her service attitude was unacceptable. Have been coming here since it opened and this was the worst customer experience by far.

I don’t understand the good reviews? My friend and I took our almost 2 year old daughters here to get out of the heat and grab a nice coffee. My friends latte was lukewarm and the barista only offered to add hot milk versus remake it when she told her. How do you even make a lukewarm latte?
The play area had some wooden kitchen, laundry and tool bench areas but there were no toys to go with them—what are they supposed to do other than open and close the wooden fridge door? No pretend food, tools, etc. completely barren. There were about 8 bins of random wooden blocks and magnatiles, all completely beat up and dirty. Not even our 2 toddlers could find anything to entertain themselves. They looked at us like “why are we here?” So we left and went to a nearby park.

This place is a dream for anyone with young kids! Good vibes, great music, welcoming service, and awesome play area for kids. The fact that the entertainment zone (with a large selection of toys) comes FREE with your order is truly a gift to the community. Thank you 🙏🏼

Café au Plait is a delightful play café that’s truly a hidden gem for families. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and inviting, making it a fantastic spot to bring kids. Not only do they offer great drinks for parents and reasonably priced snacks for children, but the staff are also lovely and provide excellent service . This creates an easy going environment where parents can comfortably get some work done while their little ones play. It’s a truly fabulous café with a wonderful ambience for families, offering a perfect blend of fun for kids and relaxation for adults.

Wow what a cutie little find!! Delicious latte, cute little kid cup drinks and lots of snacks and small bites options. Genius concept. Very friendly staff, very clean, my only complaint is that they don’t have one in Tucson where we live :) can’t wait to come back!

I was really looking forward to trying this place, and I have to say, the overall vibe of the place was fantastic. It has such an amazing atmosphere, making it a great spot for parents looking to catch up with friends or just enjoy a quiet moment with a good cup of coffee. However, my experience with the service unfortunately didn’t match the ambiance.
When I first arrived, I was meeting a friend and didn’t order right away. When I let the barista know, she simply stared at me for a while before slamming her hands on the counter and saying, “Well, let me know when you’re ready.” It was uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
When I did place my order, I asked for a recommendation, hoping to get some insight on what they do best, but the response was completely disinterested and dismissive. It felt like the employee had no interest in engaging or helping customers. On top of that, she spent a significant amount of time on her phone behind the counter, despite a sign directly behind her listing tasks to complete when there were no orders.
It’s disappointing because this coffee shop has so much potential—the space itself is beautiful and clearly well thought out. I truly hope this was just an off day because I’d love to come back and enjoy the space with better service!
Great place to have a good cup of coffee.
I had a wonderful experience here as a first time customer. The person behind the counter “Zachary” was very helpful in my drink and food selection. I ended up with a cinnamon roll coffee which tasted amazing. Overall I will be back again!
