The food is excellent, service is excellent, and overall decor and ambiance is lovely. But I’ve had meals that were just as good for quite a bit less money. We were amused when we made the reservation because they asked us what we were celebrating. We told them nothing. We just like good food and we’re on vacation and the Amex Concierge recommended it as one of the best places in town. Then when we arrived they again asked what we were celebrating. I guess I was celebrating that I bought a new Versace handbag that afternoon and needed somewhere nice to go with it. LOL. It did seem like a place where people feel like it’s a splurge so they go for a birthday or anniversary rather than just because they like fine dining? I suppose this place knows they are the best in town and they can charge accordingly. They did call us multiple times to remind us of their dress code, which was more annoying because we saw people there who were not abiding by the dress code who were not turned away. Why have a dress code and call multiple times to remind me if you aren’t going to enforce it? But despite these gripes, I will say again that the food and the service were both excellent. However, if I were in town again I’d probably just make a reservation for the bar where the menu is a la carte which seems like a nice hack if you don’t want to spend as much.

This was the absolute best night celebrating Kaitee's Birthday. The food was amazing, the servers went above and beyond and I had the best wine ever, thanks to my waiter and sommelier. It was so special because this was my partners favorite wine and she passed 2 years ago. She was looking down on this memorable night ❤️

Tonight my boyfriend & I celebrated our 4 year anniversary. Scott our server truly made it a special experience for us. Both my boyfriend & I have worked in the service industry before but Scott truly made it a memorable experience!!! We weren't rushed with our course's, both of us did the 8 course menu with wine paring & it was a memorable experience that we will never forget thanks to Scott! The whole waitstaff was amazing, from the assistants to the food runners that described each course! Definitely an experience we will cherish forever! Thank you Scott for an amazing experience, we wouldn't want anyone else for such a special occasion ❤️ Scott, thank you for making us feel extra special, the way you talked to us made us feel like home.

It is s a fantastic restaurant. We ordered the 8 course tasting menu. It was awesome. The only small disappointment was at the end. We need to leave for another event. After asking twice for the check, the waiter finally brought the check but soon disappeared. We ended up having to go to the receptionist table to pay for it by ourselves. This should not have happened at a restaurant of this caliber.

My husband booked this restaurant for my birthday dinner, and it was amazing. Robert & Seth were our waiters & they made the night special. We decided to have the 4 course meal selection (turned out to be 6 course) with the Cafe Monarch wine pairing. Our meal comprised of an amuse-bouche, Celery- Apple Veloute, Pork Belly, Venison, Surf & Turf & a chocolate mousse cake. The good, wine & service make this am epic dinner experience. The wines were perfectly paired & the wine book was over 500 pages. They have 3-4 Cellars. Amazing experience & fantastic for special occasions. We will go back to try one of their brunches next time. $$$$

I can't drink alcohol at the moment but our Sommelier Zac A. was able to provide me with great non-alcoholic options. This restaurant would have a Michelin star if they awarded them in AZ. Great, sophisticated courses with an outstanding wine list. We collaborated with the Som (John) who created a custom wine pairing with our dinner based upon some of the unique producers on the wine list that we were interested in trying. What a fantastic experience!
