All the guacamole in our takeout order was brown and watery. Disgusting!

I used to go to chipotle a lot but honestly this place is far better in many ways. Cafe Rio gives tremendous portions, I’m in love with their variety as well. For example the sauce selection is bigger than I’ve seen it anywhere else, you can make your meal so big with fresh healthy ingredients it’s definitely worth the price, which surprisingly isn’t high either. The service is very on point when it comes to accuracy they take pride in that I can tell. They also work very fast. Great food and better alternative to other restaurants. The drink selection is unique too I love their minty drink

Love the food, and can't leave without a pie

The best thing I had was the tres leches and that even made me feel sick. I ordered a quesadilla with sweet pork it didn’t taste like it. And we also ordered 2 tacos, 1 beef 1 pork. The lady did 1 beef and 1 chicken. After she threw away the pork taco and didn’t ask if we wanted it as a meal. I don’t post reviews on restaurants but I was genuinely so unimpressed by the food.

I love the bowls! I can get exactly what I crave, it’s always delicious, and it doesn’t break the bank! I really love the specialty teas and drink options. This place is a family favorite!

Rude staff! EVERYTIME I come here I get tostado with no corn tortilla, because they taste gross with the oil they are cooked in. I don’t get rich or beans just shredded chicken cheese and lettuces. I ask for a little extra lettuce and you would think I asked for Mount Rushmore!!! I will never go back to this location. They ladies are rude!!!!! Poor guys that work there…seriously. The atmosphere is BAD!! Because of their attitudes! They should welcome people to come in and spend our hard earned money at your restaurant. Ruined my evening again.

This really sucks that they don't trust there customers.
I wanted to place a big order for a Day Program but they would only expect my order if I paid over the phone.
I explained we only have cash.
Sorry nothing they can do.
I just think it sucks to be treated like I'm a criminal when I've done nothing to deserve that kinda mistrust

I love me some cafe Rio. This one stood out. We were having a long day and stopped for lunch. Got our food and placed it down while we fillled up our drinks… and I(not anyone else, it was a my fault) set the tray down on a poor weighted spot and all the food fell. They replaced it for free even though it wasn’t their fault. I was frustrated with myself and they made it so easy and made the lunch better.

Employee do not understand or speak enough English to make the order correctly!! Just wow don't go here eat at a different one!! Cafe Rio is all over just stay away from them this one!! Also it's brand new and already dirty and I organized

The portion to give you is limited it's dry meat and also the windows outside on the doors are filthy the counters are filthy I would not eat here The bathrooms are also very very dirty

I use to come to the Horizon/Horizon location all the time but the quality of food is just not there anymore. If it improves, I would come back and visit this location primarily. The chips tend to be stale throughout the bag when I order them.

It's basically overpriced fast food , Britton is 15 dollars and not that great, they use rice and beans to fill , very little beef or meat.

I always love eating at Cafe Rio. The food is very tasty and the portions are generous. I really wish a Cafe Rio location would open up in El Paso, TX.
