Going with a 4. The complaints I have is that the tortilla isn’t that good. I used a promo code but normally the steak burrito is 15 something and while it’s a big portion I felt like I was eating a lot of rice. Decent flavor. Like chipotle more still. Can’t see myself going back unless it’s taco Tuesday or they do another promotion.

Really nice lady taking orders in the drive thru. All of our food wash fresh and delicious. We got 2 giant burritos and 1 huge salad. Every one was happy and had left overs. Just as awesome as chipotle but cheaper and more interesting flavors. We will be back!

I get it for delivery so I don't how the atmosphere was, they always gety order correct and the tacos are full, the rice is really good

It's funny. They mark your order ready, but they haven't even started yet. Was talking to other people who do pick up and delivery, and they have the same experience. It's obvious they don't care about their customers.

They charged twice for the chicken they served and the quantity of the chicken is very very very less. Felt like they are just taking money and serving not enough portions of meat and veggies at all. Whatever we ask they say extra charge and won’t even serve enough quantity again for extra they have charged. It’s so ridiculous with this location. It’s $18 they charged for a chicken bowl. I’m customer I don’t take rice and beans at all and just ask them to serve extra veggies and asking to charge extra $2.5 for extra veggies even. I will never recommend this place again.

Food was great but the women who appears to be the night manager is very rude makes it very obvious she does not want to be there. Second time an occurrence like this has happened and specifically remember her from the first time.

Came in a hr and half before they closed they didn't have many items ready and was more less worried about cleaning as i stood there waiting to be served.
Compared to the other locations this is the worst with service especially when the workers act like they didn't see you and expect their coworker to help costumers.

Honestly I come here quite a bit and it’s gotten to the point where they are false advertising. Even if you have a coupon and you have been checked out they don’t want to accept it. Last time I went ordered an Entree salad with chicken and they had a new deal special to try there carne asada for 1.95 add it to ANY entree and they said it wasn’t 1.95 it’s 4 and change and came up with an excuse place should be reported to BBB. Not only are they falsely advertising they also don’t have fresh ingredients everyday. They are killing business for other cafe rios. Save your money people !!!!!
