CALA Scottsdale Reviews
I'm sure we would've had a great dinner if it were just a few of us. But we had a large rehearsal dinner here and we would not recommend having any sort of event here whatsoever (trying to book it was even difficult, it was as if they didn't want our business).
I will say that the lamb shank was phenomenal, and the waiting staff was attentive. The tuna tartare was unanimously repulsive, across 30+ guests.
There is a complete disconnect from management to the event planners....read full review
Had my daughter’s Bridal Shower there!! Was beautiful! Good service and great food!!
Drove 45 minutes with a reservation only to be told they could not sit our party as they were over booked. Terrible customer service. Much better options near by.

CALA Scottsdale offers a memorable dining experience with its delicious and generously-portioned dishes. The restaurant provides a lively, upbeat atmosphere that appeals to both young people and older guests, making it a fun environment for various occasions. Standout dishes include the Mediterranean Platter, Italian Sandwich, and Scallops. The menu also features popular drinks like the Cucumber Highball and Mallorca Margarita, which are refreshing choices. The food received high praise, with dishes like the lamb and salmon noted for their excellent flavors. Service is outstanding, with staff such as Mason going out of their way to assist guests and explain menu options. The ambience is both upscale and comfortable, with outdoor seating available, and the restaurant is conveniently located within the Senna Hotel property, offering valet parking. While the atmosphere is lively, some guests noted that the noise level can be a bit high, but conversations are still manageable. The restaurant's popularity sometimes results in a cramped feeling, especially during busy hours, and a few tables may feel awkward for diners. Despite this, CALA remains a favorite spot for many, praised for its incredible food, drinks, and friendly service.
