What an amazing experience. The food is so well prepared and full of wonderful flavors. Sad to hear there closing to standard dinning but racing for private events and parties. We will continue to visit Cafe Monarch the sister restaurant across the street.

The best food and experience we have ever had. I will continue to recommend this to everyone.
Yet another excellent experience from Reserve. Lex remembered serving us from a year ago. So that's certainly a mark of fine service. The newly conceived aguachile with Argentinian shrimp, serrano, mango salsa and tomatillo broth was a star. Just the right amount of heat and perfectly balanced tartness with the sweetness of the shrimp. We also loved the quail leg lollipop. Beautiful crispiness with a perfect cook. The French onion feuille de brick cannoli was also packed full of flavor. The signature corn pudding did not disappoint. This time, the lobster was cooked perfectly, and plenty of it on the dish. We also loved the negroni, made with the distinct flavor and spiciness of Mahón gin. The sea bass was perfectly cooked, and nicely paired with Prince Edward Isl mussels and little neck clams. The veal sweetbreads were cooked just right, with a crispy apple glaze, and a lemon pancetta sauce. Not easy to do well. This was followed by a truffle chestnut tortellini in a beautiful foraged mushroom brodo. Very comforting. Also loved the elk loin with an exceptional elk sausage. The beet chips were fun to have with this course. The A5 wagyu was a fine finish for the savory dishes, paired very well with a cognac jus. The namelaka was very refreshing with mint granita, gin gelée and juniper streusel. In all, a beautiful knowledgeable attentive service from front to end.
Obviously everything was impeccable. But the best thing was also the weirdest! The desert was a cold, minty, colorful delight!!
We recently dined at The Reserve and had a wonderful experience, highlighted by exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, attentive without being overbearing, and always one step ahead of our needs. The sommelier was knowledgeable and guided us with the wine selection for a top-tier experience. We'd gladly return, especially for another evening of expert wine guidance and gracious hospitality.
We had dinner at Reserve last night to celebrate my daughter's 16th birthday, and it was truly a memorable experience. The atmosphere was intimate and elegant—perfect for a special occasion. I really loved the variety of food offered on the pre-selected menu. Every course was beautifully presented and full of rich complex flavors. The service was absolutely impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and very knowledgeable. The wine pairings were spot on and complemented each dish perfectly. Highly recommend Reserve for anyone looking for a high-end, curated dining experience in Scottsdale.
Worth every penny. Finally somewhere that knows what service is!

Another wonderful experience at Reserve. Food, service (Robert - just terrific!), even the weather was perfect.
What can I say? This hidden gem in the heart of Old Town never disappoints. It was our first visit since the chef change, and we were eager to see what the new menu had in store. We arrived right on time and were shown to a cozy corner table, softly lit by candlelight with just enough of a view to enjoy the quiet hum of the room around us. From the start, we were looked after by a charismatic sommelier who stayed with us throughout the meal—sharing witty banter, stories of travel, and a mutual love of wine and food. The menu struck a nice balance: familiar territory for a high-end tasting experience, but with a few standout surprises that truly impressed. The wine pairings were both thoughtful and unexpected—interesting without trying too hard. All in all, a memorable night that reminded us why we keep coming back.
Amazing from start to finish.
