Absolutely wonderful. A real foodie paradise!! Robert was an incredibly informed and professional waiter. All of the dishes we tried on the 10 course tasting menu were expertly prepared and interesting. And beautiful, too! Will definitely return for special occasions.Dietary restrictions: Wonderful accommodations for gluten and dairy free diner in our group! Also had 2 options for N/A cocktails - would recommend more.

The experience was great! Meat Lovers will enjoy this!! Vegetarians need to keep searching. We were/are looking for a chef that prepares the entire menu with the intention of serving a vegetarian. We enjoyed a 10 course menu (Requested a Vegetarian menu upon booking). While the food was great and the service was great, we could not help feeling like we were just an afterthought. Unfortunately, they served every meal and said "in lieu of meat, this dish blah blah blah". If I order a meal without meat, I don't feel the need to be told repeatedly about the meat (that would have been in the dish)! For me personally that is not a way to introduce a meal to a vegetarian. In the end, we felt they were too dependent on the animal products to showcase their dishes. The overall experience was fantastic. We appreciate the care taken. Just felt the need to share since this is an important and ever-growing requirement for many customers.

We had an amazing dinner. Fantastic food and service. The chef came out and greeted us, adapted the six course meal to navigate a couple of allergies. Attentive service, and each dish was unique and delicious. If I were a michellin reviewer I'd give it 3 stars. The courtyard was nicely lit and warm on a cool night.

As always the food, service and ambience at the Reserve was second to none. We went there this time to celebrate my son's 25th birthday. Chef Ben made sure that his evening was one to remember with fabulous food, we had the 10 course tasting menu, and Robert our server, paired each course with a fabulous wine from the Gran Cru wine tasting. We have been going to the Reserve and Cafe Monarch for years to celebrate family milestones and have never been disappointed. The staff are warm, friendly and inviting and always remember us. Fernando, one of our first servers years ago, always remembers us and makes sure to say hi and make us feel welcome. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special event.

The food was okay. We had the ten course and nothing was amazing not bad but certainly not excellent. We have enjoyed Monarch and thought we would give Reserve a try but it was not nearly the same experience. Wish it would have been better. Given the price one expects to be blown away and unfortunately it did not do that. I will say the old fashion was very good.

Robert and the entire Reserve team took us on a wonderful journey through food and wine offerings. I'd say the quintessential fine dining experience. All of the dishes were not only visually stunning, but absolutely delicious. Robert's knowledge of the grand cru wine pairings was fascinating and educational... If you are in Scottsdale, Reserve is must visit restaurant. You will not be disappointed!
Absolutely excellent evening experience. Service surpassed perfection. Food was absolutely outstanding. Lighting, decor and ambiance were fantastic. Heaters worked perfectly and I would not be concerned in the least about being outside, (Feb 3). We spent a leisurely 7:30 - 11pm and were not bored for a moment. I recommend dressing up and making a beautiful evening of it.
Attended the Somnium wine dinner with Danika Patrick and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The setting was beautiful, the service was topflight professional, and the food was 10 out of 10. I can't wait to return to dine at Cafe Monarch. Exceptional!

Celebrated a birthday dinner here and it was a lovely experience. The ambiance is lovely in the courtyard, though there is a little bit of road noise. They were able to make some tweaks to the menu due to dietary restrictions and the wait staff were top notch.

First time at the Reserve. Have eaten a few times across the street at Cafe Monarch. We booked a wine pairing dinner with Pride Mountain. The six-course meal was amazing. Each dish was unique, favorable, and beautifully displayed. The service is impeccable, and the outdoor dining was terrific.

This restaurant is perfection. It's a completely beautiful and wonderfully curated experience with incredible food, incredible wines, and incredible staff. The grand cru wine pairing was exquisite and Robert did an incredibly job telling the story of each wine with detail and humor. The entire staff is the epitome of professionalism. Tito, Sasha, Jake, Chalen were all amazing. We have followed the career of chef Ben Wald for a couple years and are happy he's back at Café Monarch and Reserve. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!
