Nolan had a terrible attitude And for some reason I feel like it’s all the time, he’s in no shape to be the face that every customer walks in to see and receive that horrible customer service, capital one will lose clients keeping him around…

Nice spot, not very crowded (unlike Starbucks). They have ATMs. There is 50% off drinks with a Capital One card; no refill prices though, you have to buy a new drink.

I love the Capital One Cafe and its specialty drinks! the lavender latte was super tasty, and I like to get it because not everyone makes this kind of drink. The coffee operations is by VERSED, which is sourced really well. It's clean, the coffee is great, and there is ample seating. Great place to refresh/stop/relax. Can't complain about this. When I was there they had some MLB (World Series) promos as they are a major sponsor, but I wasn't at the cafe on the days/times they were offering discounted or possibly free drinks. I have not actually tried the food/snacks but there seems to be a decent (regular) selection. And, yes, if there is a Capital One Cafe at any other city I am in, I will try to go if it's convenient, since the product is consistent and well-made (I'm looking at you, lavender latte).

The idea of a Capital One Cafe seems cool until you need to take money out of your new checking account and you realize that the Capital One cafe is not a true bank.
I have been here many times, the employees, food and service are a 5 star experience for having a place to work and grab some coffee.
But Capital One themselves dropped the ball when it came the only Capital One (bank) in Az. I came in to try to take money out my NEW account and the Employee stated its not a full bank and they didnt have tellers. The next true banking Branch is in Texas, after that they are only in the east coast.
Since my Cap 1 debit card hadnt arrived and I was on a 15 day wait period for adding a new email to create a Zelle profile, I couldnt take my money out.
The Cafe while a nice place has the inability to facilitate basic banking services: being able to talk to a teller, have a teller withdrawl money for you, etc Capital One has failed to deliver convenient and efficient services for the only Capital One Cafe in Az.

Location in google maps is wrong! They advertise their presence all over the mall, maybe they should tell people where they are in the mall?
I really like this cafe and it’s half off if you have a capital one card. Good coffees and teas and WiFi.

If you have a capital one card they give you 50% discount on your purchase. 100% recommended.
First time in a capital one cafe! It did not disappoint. I was greeted upon entry and asked if there’s anything thing they can do to assist me? The place was nice and clean. The cappuccino was good and the tea was refreshing. I played connect four, relaxed, and chatted until closing. 50% off food and drinks for capital one card holders or bank account holders was a cherry on the top. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger “I’ll be back”!

Seriously, so glad I know this place exists. I work from home and it’s nice hanging (working out of) here a few hours each day to change up the scenery. Plus if you’re a Capital One cardholder you get cheap drinks. Way cheaper than renting a co-working space. Highly recommend!

Service wasn't friendly or welcoming but it was fast and served a good product. The store was impeccably clean with a great layout and readily available charging outlets. Management isn't delivering on welcoming customers.
