I just got a slice of pizza and it wasn't eatable! Obviously it was left from yesterday! I couldn't eat it .

Inability to have pick up orders done on time for customers. Sandwiches are not worth the wait to begin with.

very disappointing and unorganized, came in and ordered a half cap’s creation salad, waited 10 min after paying to tell them which toppings i wanted because no one asked. took them even more time to bring the finished salad out to me because they were too busy prioritizing doordash orders. when i finally did get my salad, a lot of the mixed greens were wilted and everything else was just thrown on top. $6.50 for a half salad that took 20-30 minutes is unacceptable

No bathroom in the place, you have to go 2 doors down. They got our order wrong and it's overpriced. The sandwich was sub par, I would say Jersey mikes or Jimmy John's would be better.

This place is terrible.. I ordered my sub and waited 30 minutes.. I got up from the table and asked the guy and he didn’t know what I was talking about.. he made my sandwich but it was definitely not the best sandwich in America.. it was 5 steps below subway

I ordered 5 subs and three of them were missing toppings. Two only had meat on half of the sub. I called the store and the guy I talked to told me they would remake the sandwiches. He also said I didn’t have to get them that night. He took my name down and said for me to call back when I had time to come get them. I called today to try and get them. The guy I talked to wasn’t there and the manager told me he won’t make them. I got my original order in door dash and it cost me about $120. The food probably would have been good if they made it correctly, but they screwed the pooch. I guess I’m out $120. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. I only took a pic of one of the subs, but two of them were missing the meat and toppings like the one in the photo.
