Food and staff were great. First time trying this place and it did not disappoint.

We passed by this place a few times and today we stopped in for lunch. What a great surprise. The sandwiches were prepared in no time at all, and they were delicious. The medium meatball sub was huge and very tasty My son who is usually a very picky eater finished it. I got a large sandwich and ate half taking the rest with me. When I got to our barbers, for a haircut, he hadn't had any lunch yet, so I gave him the other half of the large and he loved it. Spread the joy. We will return for more great food. Staff was kind and helpful. Carry on Capriotti's with excellence.

Oh my goodness the bobby's the bomb.
Every time I come here the sandwiches are Bomb! Only place to get an East Coast sandwich. Love the Bobbi ♥️.

Two meatball subs for $43.00 and the meatballs were cold. The cheese, if that's what you want to call it was very thinly sliced and cold on the bottom of the sandwich. Instead of being heaped on top of the meatballs, all hot and gooey and melted.
It was my first and last time there. I was seriously disappointed and won't make that mistake ever again
Worst experience. Customer service was not great. Ordered ahead then got there at designated time and had to wait inside an additional 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a cookie which they forgot. Multiple people came in after me ordered sanwiches right there and left before I did. Once sandwiches were received they were whatever. Turkey on the club was dry and the blt had 3 pieces of bacon.
Such sweet employees ! I felt right at home here:) I got a slice of cheese pizza and it was a 10/10 🤘🏽
