LITERALLY THE WORST SANDWICH I'VE EVER EATEN.Make sure you don't tip until you've eaten your food, because you won't want to tip after eating here.So disgusting.

Ordered a chipotle chicken crunch and got to the baseball game and it was chicken salad! Didn't realize we needed to unwrap the sandwich before leaving.....Also got an Italian and the roll was only cut half way with all the meat hanging out.....would not recommend unless you unwrap your sandwich before you leave and tear open the bread to lay the meat on proportionally

Cheesesteak had some really chewy bits and some very burnt pieces that were hard. Not very flavorful even with the added peppers. The price is pretty high when you could get a better tasting sandwich from Jersey mikes across the street.

Would never come here again. Went with a friend last night and it was such a terrible dining experience. The lady working was beyond rude very awful customer service. I called her out on being rude and she just made excuses that she was tired and hasn’t eaten and had to work late last night and come in early and didn’t have time to eat bc too busy giving food to other people….The cooks kept complaining when people would walk in to order bc they obviously hate their job and just wanted to be out of there. First and last time I’ll be going

Had two different sandwiches here and they were both fantastic. I’ll come here for every visit as I think they make quality sandwiches at a decent price for the area. I’ve had the Italian and the turkey and both were exactly what I was looking for. Service was top notch as well.

I will order from you again because thank you so much for the vegetarian sandwiches !! Your service is pretty bad though. I didn’t get my chips and you gave me the wrong soup. I called and there was nothing they could do because they didn’t have a driver.

Sandwich's are good customer service is trash...they'll pretty much ignore you until you either stare them down or say something while they are playing the game of "who can jump the highest and touch the ceiling" lol childish

01/07/24 Old Town Scottsdale location. The employees were disinterested in customers. The store was dirty and cold. The heat wasn't turned on and it was quite uninviting. On a high note, the sandwich tasted very good.

Made the mistake of ordering the chicken parm and was extremely disappointed with what they call chicken parm. In fact it was shredded dark looking grilled chicken on a soft poor excuse of bread. I couldn't stomach eating it, and asked for a refund given all there sandwiches are on the same soft bread. Bread isn't remotely toasted, just really soggy. I did enjoy their tomato bisque soup, shame it comes in a cup but charged $5.49. They honor their vets, which is awesome, but sadly my refund didn't include the 10% tip which was odd given it was off of the soup with the sandwiche making it like a 25% tip. Very bad experience, would not ever recommend.

So we got to the deli and they had a sign on their door that they had been voted the best sandwich in America. Well, we decided to test that. We split the American Wagyu roast beef sandwich as well as the classic Italian sandwich with Genoa salami, capicola, and prosciutto. The sandwiches were good, but could have been better. Each sandwich came with one slice of tomato on top, it could have used more. Also, some extra oil and vinegar to moisten the bread would have been a big help. And also the bread was thick to the point where it kind of overwhelmed the ingredients inside, I actually scooped out a little bit of the inside of the bread to balance it all out. I would say it was good, but not out of this world, didn't quite meet my hopes. Good variety of chips and drinks are available and there is outside seating available.
