I’ve gone to this place many times over the last several years. My favorite sandwich is a Capistrano always good always hot. It’s excellent highly recommend you try that one.

This sandwich place truly stands out as Arizona’s number one! The staffs here are friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. With my husband loving the Capastrami and me always choosing the Philly Steak,The quality and taste make it a top choice for sandwich lovers across the valley. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a delicious sandwich!

I had never been there before and am a vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had vegetarian options. Once I got the sandwich, I was disappointed. They use the impossible meat which is like plant-based ground beef. So I expected that to be crumbly. But they also grind up all the vegetables and mix it so that I couldn't taste any of the vegetables whatsoever. They don't have any hot sauce whatsoever and they don't have vegan cheese so I opted for no cheese. The sandwich was salty and bland. Do not recommend this sandwich shop for vegans or vegetarians. And the price of a medium was nearly $16 and that did not include anything on the side. Overpriced and no taste.

We have been coming here for years! Always a great sandwich and nice staff, but today they had the nicest young lady taking orders. What a breath of fresh air, she was so positive and friendly, brought our split sandwich out to us on two trays, checked back to make sure everything was good. I don't think I had this good of service last time I was at a fancy restaurant! Whatever they are paying her, they should double it!

Good food. But unconfirmed hours and schedule. They close at 7pm but I’m here at 6:08pm and they’re closed. I drove out of my way to get to here so it was a sad day I missed out on their good food

I recently spent some time in Scottsdale and discovered Capriotti's. I'm a sandwich snob, but Capriotti's does a great job of getting me what I like. More importantly, team member Matt went over and above to make me feel like a friend of the shop... he memorized my name and would greet me, remembered what I liked on my sandwich, and was just cool to interact with. The rest of the staff had this same welcoming spirit, and I always felt valued and appreciated when visiting. Which I did a lot. Thanks Capriotti's, I'll stop in every time I'm in town.

Highly recommend this Capriotti's location! Excellent customer service and sandwiches. Hooked on the Capstrami and cheese steak with Wagyu beef with everything plus both kinds of peppers and marinara sauce like an OG Philly Cheese Steak!

I come here everyday for lunch. Staff is so kind.

Just go and order a medium Bobby and let it change your sandwich life forever!

ABOVE AND BEYOND.....Matt s. took care of me...was an issue with a previous order ..and he was nice ,polite and understanding...did more than he should of...if places treated there ppl like this they would be doing much better...this is the only location my friends or family will come to even if it's out of the way....because of the employees..thanks again guys
