Ran by a amazing family, from top to bottom a premium dining experience. Great place to have a chat and enjoy delicious food. One of the 1st Jamaican restaurants in the city, definitely one of the best.

Went to check out the Eatz at Caribbean Palm Restaurant in Scottsdale, and i will say they did not disappoint, Jerk wings was so good 😋, 8/10, Oxtails was not bad give them a 6.8/10 and drinks Was good 8.5/10 will definitely be back

Anyone looking for a good Caribbean food experience needs to show this spot some love because they bring the service, the flavor, the atmosphere and the whole vibe! My go-to dish is the jerk chicken over rice and a side of fried plantains 🤤 and they never disappoint! The portions are generous, enough to share or eat half now and the other half later, but either way...you're leaving fat and happy 😁

I’ve been looking and searching for some real Jamaican food and I finally found it ! I visited this weekend by myself and I loved everything about this place ! The food was so good everything was perfect & great customer service this is definitely my new spot can’t wait to go back & try something new

I was visiting Scottsdale for work and had a serious craving for some food, specifically Jamaican food. Saw the reviews on this place and decided to go. Unfortunately, Caribbean Palm was not the place to satisfy that craving.

The best thing I had was the beef patty. It was flaky, flavorful, and well-seasoned. That was the highlight. But everything went downhill from there.

I ordered the Rasta Pasta with oxtails, and it was the worst I’ve had. When you grow up eating good oxtails, you already have a high standard, and this completely missed the mark. The oxtails lacked the deep, rich flavor they should have, and the dish overall just didn’t deliver. I barely ate anything off my plate because it was that bad. Frankly, I felt sorry for the cow… poor thing died for nothing.

I let the waitstaff know (politely) that I didn’t enjoy the meal and could clearly see the frustration in their response. I still paid for the food, but this experience has unfortunately ruined my perception of food in Arizona, especially when compared to what I can get back home in Texas.

If you’re just looking for a beef patty, you might be fine. But if you’re expecting authentic, well-executed Jamaican flavors, I’d say look elsewhere.

This is by far one of the best hidden gems of Arizona. Upon walking in you are immediately transformed to a family restaurant in Jamaica. When we entered we were greeted by the nicest lady only to later find out she was the waitress, bartender, and she was placing and fulfilling to go orders (and they were busy!) but she didn't miss a beat. She even spared a minute to make sure my toddler grandchildren were satisfied with their selection which they were! When the food arrived it was phenomenal! By far the best Jamaican food I've ever eaten! I wanted to let the chef know how much I enjoyed the food after a small wait he came to my table and we had a great talk about where his recipes generated and where he learned the craft. If you're in the Scottsdale area make this spot a priority

It was a slapper, came from Virginia to here . It was the best food I've had in a while. If you haven't been better find it. Will be my go to place

Horrible customer service. Rude AF. Delivery driver blocked the back (ONE WAY) exit and when I called the restaurant, I was told “F%*% you! What do you want him to do? And why the F$&% you calling my phone” then I got hung up on. Well, I would LIKE for your huge box truck to park in a spot so people at other establishments in the plaza can come and go as they need to.

Visited this place on a Saturday. Plenty of seating, friendly employees and great food. The meat patty was so flaky good, also loved the Rasta pasta. Enjoyed the atmosphere and started to get busy when we were leaving. Great hidden gem.

This place is a must-visit for anyone craving authentic Jamaican cuisine! From the moment we walked in, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome.
We started with the pasta which was flavorful. The portions were generous, and every bite was bursting with flavor.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience. The food was incredible, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and inviting. We'll definitely be back for more!
