The restaurant is always good, but rolled up and this Scottsdale location is permanently closed, completely dark and even the sign is off the building...The Carrabba's website still says it will be open at 11am tomorrow and so does Google and Yelp...how about no? At least the restaurant phone number says it is permanently closed. Just an FYI - head to another location to get your fix...

This restaurant is definitely a place we will go back to. The food does not look delicious...it is delicious. Make friends with chef Jay and he will let you try all kinds of things you get addicted to.

Stopped by this Scottsdale location for lunch. Hadn't eaten at one of these restaurants for several years, but based upon the positive experiences I've had in New Orleans, thought we'd give it a try. We chose to sit at the bar, since only one other person was there, even though the entire establishment had only a half dozen tables full, even if that. Our server, after several minutes, came over and took our drink order, but then informed me that they were out of my choice of draft. "I was told they've been out for two weeks, but they just told me," the server said. Obviously not too good in the communication dept. She then took our order for two salads and then after nearly 30 min. our order finally arrived. I'll give the server some slack since I think they had her doing double duty at the bar and on the floor. The food was very good, but alas the service needs improvement.

The restaurant was clean and the wait staff was friendly and professional. Waiter was attentive, kind knew the menu. Fast on food delivery no complaints on the temperature or the taste.

I would have liked to make a reservation here for a large party but I have called 20 times over the last few days and no one ever answers the phone.

I had the chicken Marsala and it was not so great. I bit into a fatty kind of gross grissely piece of something. That ruined it for me.My other family member had the chicken piccata which was good. And the other had the chicken soup and deep fried zucchini strips. I've never seen zucchini strips cut so small like this. They were literally like the thin strip french fries you get at McDonald's. Zucchini is a very delicate vegetable and to make it like that and saturated in oil just didn't work for her.Our server, a young, thin, long haired girl and was not very good at this job. She forgot to bring items we asked for. Then she set the bill on the table. A few minutes later, she can buy to see if the credit card was inserted in the. A few minutes after that she can back again to see if we're were ready to pay, mind you while we were still eating. She then proceeded to tell us that we could continue to eat and she would come back.I told her she could rest assured that I would call her when we were ready to pay.Not going back there anytime soon. Terrible service.

We ordered from the catering family bundles this weekend and it was great! We had 12 people over and 4 were hungry college kids. We ordered 2 Lasagna,1chicken parm., mash potato's, salad and they gave us plenty of bread. Food was fantastic and plenty of it. After all was said and done, we had a little left of the lasagna and some bread. They actually deliver to our home! Carrabba's is now our 'go to' Italian catering restaurant.

We went here for lunch today as it's Mother's Day and I wanted a delicious treat. The service was lacking from the moment we walked in. There was no one at the hostess stand and it took about 3 minutes for anyone to notice us. Once seated, we waited about 7 minutes to be approached by a waitress. Food was fine but I didn't get a single refill on my empty glass of iced tea the entire time we were eating. When the waitress came to ask if we wanted to go boxes, she still didn't acknowledge my empty glass and I had to outright ask for a refill. I was watching other waitresses refill the glasses at their tables so I knew where the pitchers were. I was close to going to get my own refill, which should NEVER happen! I was shocked to receive this level of service because it's never been like this at this location, especially on Mother's Day!

We were given a gift card and it was on it. There are none near our home so we used it on a trip to AZ. The vanilla scent upon entering was bothersome but faded mostly during our meal. The staff and service was great. Small wrinkle with the ravioli but fixed immediately. Not what we'd normally eat but it was tasty and we'd recommend it.

The restaurant was filthy. The floor was covered in food. A number of the staff were huddled in near by booths talking and ignoring the customers. Food is good but that's about it.

We ate here last week. I ordered veal piccata. I got three very small pieces of veal. The sauce was so salty that I could not eat the meat that was soaking in the sauce. My husband ordered Chicken Bryan. It had the same salty sauce and the chicken breast was burned black on the bottom side. The restaurant was almost empty, other than ourselves there was one other couple. My meal was taken off the bill, but my husband's was not. We've eaten here multiple times and have never had bad food before. The server was very apologetic, but it was not her fault our food was inedible. It will be a long time before we risk another horrible meal at this location.

Food overall was a disappointment...Especially for around $20+ for an entree. Felt like most of the food was re-heated and not made fresh. Service was also pretty poor and it's not like they were super busy at the time. Two stars because the inside of the restaurant was decent. Would not recommend.

When you get carside carry out, it is really a pick up order. Do not waste time sitting in your car waiting for them to come out. Pick up times are not accurate on online ordering either even for something as simple as a bowl of soup. This is the second incident where I have been left waiting for a good chunk of time for my pick up order. Please take this as feedback for improvement.
