Worth the drive, cute place with exceptional food. Our service was excellent and super fast. The calamari was the best we have ever had, seriously cooked to perfection. My husband had the tagliatelle and the French 75 cocktail, which he said was incredibly strong (no complaints). I had the gnocchi and it was perfect, texture and oh so creamy. Anyone complaining about the serving size belongs at Olive Garden and not this immaculate place.

We had my family in town & wanted to try out this local restaurant- only 1 mile from our house. The food & service was top notch- would definitely go back. We had the Rosato, chicken prosciutto with mushroom cream, some hot sausage pasta dish & Caesar salad. I must also share that I was disappointed that I made our reservations on Open Table & looked at the menu so I knew what I wanted to order. They must have an old menu because the prices were quite elevated for every selection. Increase of $5-10 on everything so that's one downfall on my first experience. You think one thing & get another! 4 star for the food & service - lack of 1 star for proper pricing.
This place has fine food, but it's nothing special and extremely overpriced. We had two appetizers and four meals and were all underwhelmed. Service was fine, but the place seems to take itself very seriously and the food quality doesn't justify it.

Not sure why other reviews were the opposite, but we had great service here. Food was tasty and comforting. Homemade pasta was cooked perfectly. Would come back again. Next, going to get pizza from their shop next door again - had it once and it was delicious.
Casa Mia is one of our local “go to's” and is a mainstay of the area! Always consistent with high quality food and drinks along with excellent service from a long standing veteran staff. Also fun to sit at the bar where you will meet many interesting locals with great conversation.
The food at Casa Mia is good, however, the median price for a pasta dish is $35.00 - anything with a protein added is 40,50 60$ Service was very slow the night we visited- we'll give them a pass on that as that can happen anywhere. Overall- the value is just not there

We wish we lived closer we are an hour drive away. Love the selection and love love the food staring with the bread. In my opinion bread and sauce makes or breaks a good Italian restaurant. Casa Mia scores a 5+ in both areas. Service was a little slow, but worth the wait. Please open a location in San Tan Valley.

Nice small restaurant in Scottsdale with better than typical Italian menu offerings. Our server was very good but it was hard to hear our friends talking as it's pretty loud. Everyone enjoyed their food but my halibut special was overcooked and dry. I didn't want to reorder as it took a long time to be served. It's also a bit pricey.
