Shout out to our server, Brady, who has taken care of us before. Love the heat on the patio when there's a chill in the air and having the game on close by is a great touch. Even when they are slammed everyone stays happy and helpful. Sliders were just okay this time but the shrimp cocktail with the grilled lemon was delicious!

What a total disappointment. We were so excited to try this place from the reviews and pics. I'm not going to go into details but don't waste your time and money coming here. Service was poor, the cook has no business working there and the food was horrible, awful. They dropped the ball so many times. They keep it up, this place won't last long. At least we were greeted by the manager Austin which he was very nice and empathetic. He agreed with all that went wrong and was apologetic and comped the entire bill. I'm very appreciative for him owning it and making it right. But I definitely will not be coming back. I didn't even bother taking pics because most were all wrong.

The Bourbon selection here is beyond compare. Super great menu with excellent representation of craft and main line distillers. We did not have the food here. Only negative comment is the $2 Upcharge for a large ice cube, which comes standard in every other glass of bourbon in comparable Scottsdale locations. If you are buying a $30+ glass of bourbon, it should not be served with ice chips.

This was our first time here and everything exceeded our expectations. They gave a great Happy Hour. I had a skinny margarita and the burger which was delicious ?. Our server was awesome. She checked on us frequently. The menu gas so Nanyang choices. We definitely will be back.

Solid lunch choice in Scottsdale. We ate here twice after hikes in the area. Food was good, lots of variety, friendly staff, great outdoor patio, reasonable prices. Nice shopping at this outdoor shopping area to check out after dinner.

Cask 53 Whiskey Bar and American Sports grill is located in DC Ranch in North Scottsdale. They feature over 600 whiskies from all over the world and also offer menus for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Inside are lots of large screen TVs and outside is a large wrap around patio.We started out by sharing a Caesar salad. The kitchen was nice enough to serve it spit on two plates for us. The salad was good with house made dressing and toasted croutons. It also was a little different with crispy kale.We went on to share the Moroccan salmon and the Idaho red trout. Both were good especially the salmon. Both had crispy skin and were seasoned nicely. The salmon was cooked threw but seemed extra fresh and had that melt in your mouth texture. The trout had great vegetables with it. The salmon ate more like a salad with the raw tomatoes and raw spinach.Service was cheerful and efficient. Parking was easy and close.A really good stop in North Scottsdale!

So annoyed to purchase six Old Fashions on the happy hour drink special menu & we were each charged $2 extra for a rock ice cube. AN ICE CUBE! A rock cube comes standard in every old fashion I’ve ever ordered. Won’t go back!

Wow! Ryan was our server tonight at Cask & he was fantastic! I narrowed my dinner selection and was debating between 2 items and he pointed me in the direction of Isabelle's Chicken. Wowza! It was spectacular... paired nicely with the Bourbon Old Fashioned...and we just had to try the Bourbon Pecan Pie with ice cream. ((I don't even like nuts and it was great as well!)) My husband chose the Weiss biers & Trout. Also, scrumptious!! One Old Fashion was all I had! Good thing I wasn't driving!!!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Ryan!

Would love to find a way to lower audio or change it in certain areas. Strange to have WHOLE facility listen to ONE game, while many of your customers are watching other events. Just a thot....we had a great time. THANKS to all

Great happy hour menu and food is always spot on. Went for Thursday Night Football and quite honestly had to leave before halftime as the noise inside made it hard to concentrate. Maybe outside patio would have been better, as there are TV's out there.

We were seated outside. Music was very loud. Service was OK but always had to get the waiters attention. Bartender was really struggling with the mix on the cocktails. Food was OK but nothing remarkable. Honestly, I'm not sure we will be back.
