Same experience as the Andrea posted a couple weeks ago. Unfriendly. I said it was my first time here so the guy rolled his eyes and turned around and walked away to do other tasks until I understood the menu and was ready to order. Even though there was nobody else in line. Lame. He was having a miserable time and wanted to make sure everyone else was miserable too.
Friendliness is always the most important part of a business. Zero reason to return.

We got the Chicken+Rice & Steak+Harissa. Both was so good and full of flavor. Even my toddler loved it! Can’t wait to come back 🤤

Employees are not friendly at all. It was our very first time visiting Cava in general. We were asking for guidance multiple times and the guy literally stood there dull staring into our souls in silence. Trash FULL to the brim. I had to stuff our trash down to make it fit somewhat. Drinks were not refilled and sitting there empty.
I would say the management is just lacking hard and needs improvement ASAP.
Have had a great experience at all other locations in the valley besides the N Scottsdale location. Food seems more greasy, some staff were not inviting, bathroom/tables were dirty and soda machine/ice did not work.

Cava has always been a favorite of mine, but more often I am leaving very disappointed. The food is amazing, but the service is very disappointing. They are consistently out of multiple toppings that I want, and the employees haven’t been the kindest.

It is annoying AF that you can't call and talk to a human. Dial their number, go through some voice tree garbage, hit #4, and it goes to a full mailbox. I like their food; I like their app. But if you make a mistake or type the wrong time (or forget to enter the pickup time), or want your dressing on the side, or a tiny instruction/detail, there is no field for details or notes, and if you call you get no way to talk. Tell your owner/IT department/phone tree department that if there a human at the store, the correct thing to do -- if you care about your customers -- is to let somebody call in for whatever reason the customer wants. Apps aren't the only ways that humans should be communicating.
I replied to the email order and of course a robot responded. The phone number in the email goes to the voicemail that takes no messages.
Just disgusting customer service.
