Plus: 1. we asked for no hot spice and they honored that, unlike some restaurants. 2. Ingredients were fresh. 3. Pork pot stickers were pretty good.
Minus: 1. Pad thai noodles were chewy. (Note: this was take out, so maybe better in person). 2. Ginger delight was low on flavor. 3. Yumm Nom Tok had good beef but virtually no dressing. 4. Coconut rice had virtually no coconut flavor.

The Panang here reminds me of my grandma's Thai friend that used to make it for us growing up. It's so rich and has so much depth of flavor to it. And they don't skimp on the meat and veg in it. I highly recommend this place for a Thai night.

My mom and I had an amazing experience here! I am celiac and we got the chicken red curry and shrimp salad rolls, they were so good! I didn’t eat the peanut sauce with the salad rolls just because the menu doesn’t list this as gluten free and I wasn’t confident about it but the curry was so good and had so much chicken! The restaurant was empty on a Friday night which makes me sad because it was so good and the service we got was so kind! Definitely somewhere I’d go again, some of the best gluten free Thai I’ve had!

Cute little hole in the wall Thai place, the food was awesome. The short rib curry was exceptional, coconut shrimp were stunning, and the homemade mango ice cream was absolutely delectable.

Wow! Even if the food were bad, I’d give them five stars for their attitude.

But the food is incredible. Seriously, these are the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. They are crunchy, salty, stuffed without being overstuffed, and perfectly cooked.

I also got the Tom kha soup with chicken and tofu, medium spice. The broth is thick, almost whipped, and the vegetables crunch without being raw. The tofu is cubed and fried nicely, and the chicken is not dry. It’s not too much lime, it’s not too much spice. It’s not too salty. It all blends together so well, and it’s a generous portion.

You can taste that they make everything by hand.

i LOVE coming to Chada Thai! it was hard finding authentic and consistent thai food in scottsdale, but this place hits every time. I usually order on doordash but decided to stop by randomly today and felt welcomed. The food came out fast and was delish! My favorite meals are the Pho and the Drunken Noodles so give it a try! :)
