Food was fresh and consistent as usual. Absolutely terrible service. Two really rude white high school age boys in the drive thru. One's name was Parker or Patrick, couldnt see the other's name tag. Made us drive around twice to get our order taken. Despite the rudeness and inconvenience, we were polite. When we came back around, he told another employee to go "deal with them". I've experienced much younger looking employees act much more professionally than these two. Has chik fil a lowered their standards when training employees?

I met the sweetest young teen there he was so happy at work and made my night. From his name tag I saw it was Zach. This kid needs a raise! I thought I recognized him from a show and I was not mistaken. He was THE Kevin g at chaparral high school production of mean girls. Zach you are going places!

This Chick-fil-A only focuses on mobile orders instead of the people who use the drive thru to order. This location also never takes orders correctly. Sauces are always incorrect.

Terrible service! Went through the drive thru - young lady took my order - I pay - get to the window - asked for my payment I said I paid to the lady standing outside - argued with me that I needed to pay - told her to confirm with the lady taking orders that I paid - received my order - missing an item the lady didn't ring up so had to pay for that separately - get home and my order is wrong - call the store spoke with the manager skylar - advised my order was wrong gave her my order again and asked it to be ready when I got back so I didn't have to wait - get there and the drive thru lady takes my order again after I explained to her I was back to pick up a remake - tried to charge me AGAIN - get to the window tell her I'm here to pick up a remake - asked to pay AGAIN - OMG no listening skills at all! No apology for the wrong order no apology for the inconvenience no "Let me make this right for you". No accommodation just attitude frowns and rude behavior - this is not the experience Chik Fil A prides themselves on - definitely needs some coaching for this team

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Unaware that drive thru had two lanes, one for ordering and one for mobile pick up, I was not served. Typically as a customer, we go through the drive thru in a personal or company vehicles because we don’t have time to get down. No one expects to not get served while in the drive thru. After explaining my situation to the manager, he stated that he could not take my order because he had other peoples order. I was in the line for 10 minutes and very upset when I found out I wasn’t able to get my order taken.
The Manager wasn’t very helpful and didn’t care to make the situation any better. The manager expected me to reverse and or to go around and get in the correct line. For years I have been coming to Chick-fil-A and always used both lines to get my order taken. There was no issue or problems prior to this. Now, I had to wait, until everyone in front of me got their food before getting kicked out of the line. The drive thru lines are supposed to be faster & easier for people on the go.
The crazy part about all this is that even when I came inside and ordered a combo, they still got my order incorrect. So I ended up getting someone else’s food, which was 2 burgers and 2 fries. The order belonged to a Stevens. This is completely unacceptable. I don’t recommend this Chick-fil-A at all. Go somewhere else, the two young managers were not nice. Before leaving he said that he didn’t care if he lost me as a customer. Well, I would hope that if they lose customers they will no longer have a paycheck, simple as that.
