Unfortunately, our once-favorite fast food restaurant has taken a disappointing turn. We've been loyal customers for years, but our recent experiences have left us feeling let down. The service, which used to be top-notch, has noticeably declined. The speed of service has slowed significantly, making for a frustrating dining experience. To make matters worse, the prices have increased significantly, without any apparent improvement in quality or portion size; on the contrary the sizes seemed to have shrinked. It feels like they're taking advantage of their loyal customer base. But what's most concerning is their decision to remove their commitment to serving antibiotic-free chicken. This was a major draw for us, and we're disappointed to see them compromise on their values. Unless they address these issues, we'll be taking our business elsewhere. It's a shame to see a once-great restaurant decline.

First time at a Chick,-fill-A. Have seen the advertising for years. Three of us had a Saturday lunch. We had 3 #1 chicken sandwiches, 3 soft drinks, 3 cottage fries and 2 salads. Price with tax was $49. Someone else paid, "it is what it is", as they say. Interesting reviews, you either love it or hate it. The sandwich was good as were the cottage fries. The salad was fresh but nothing special, lettuce is lettuce. While eating lunch, noticed this place is packed! Line to get served was near the door. Drive through had a long line and there were servers packaging food for delivery in Chick-fill-A delivery cars. Have not seen that kind of action at KFC, Churches, or Popeyes. I would return if I was graving a chicken sandwich, unless there was a Lolo's Chicken & Waffles nearby.

Arrived 15 minutes before closing, attempting to pick up a door dash order placed by a customer. Could not get the attention of the employees, would not respond at drive through. Tried to pull through and had to wait for the two cars ahead of me to leave- they did get to order and received their food.I had to unassign myself from the order for the first time in two years of driving deliveries, ruining my 100% completion rating.If door dash is not available near closing please disable the ordering function in the app. This has consequences for me and affects my livelihood.

I went threw the drive threw and a girl named bailey took my order and she was absolutely so rude to me . she has a sarcastic attitude and looked very unhappy . one of the other team members was petting my dogs and when he fished I looked over and Bailey gave me the rudest look ever I have never experienced so much hate and discomfort in my life .

I was surprised at how long I had to stand and wait for a drink refill. Usually anyone behind the counter sees someone standing with an empty cup, they ask if a refill is needed no matter what their role is. But there is one guy behind the counter by himself helping someone who need significant assistance, and at least 6 other employees walked by multiple times each looking at me needing a refil and not caring. Normally I don’t mind and let people do the work they need, but 1)I’ve just never had to wait for a refill at Chick-fil-A and 2) it was nearing close so I was also trying to finish my food quickly and get out of their hair. I mean I seriously stood there like a doof for over 5 min waiting i debated just going back to my seat. I mean even a manager walked by and didn’t care. Just personally un heard of for Chick-fil-A.

I ordered 3x the last 3 days and every single time they've forgotten my dipping sauce. I also order the yogurt parfait and sometimes it comes with fruit and something it doesn't. I can't keep checking my food every time order and there's no way for Grubhub to check the food for me. I'm done with this place.

At least once a week I need to get my Chick-fil-A fix! It's as delicious as my memories of the Sunday Home Cookin Chicken at Grandma's house years ago... only this time on a sandwich! Yummy!
