Our family truly enjoys Chick-fil-A and frequents it often, as both we and our two kids love the food. Typically, we go to the Chick-fil-A on Shea, which is always extremely clean, well-run, and efficient. The drive-thru is fast, and the employees are consistently friendly. Unfortunately, due to geographic convenience, we find ourselves visiting the Raintree location on Saturdays and some Mondays, as it’s close to where we drop off our son.
Each time we’ve visited this location, it has been disappointing compared to other Chick-fil-A stores. The cleanliness is lacking—on our last visit, there was ketchup all over the floor (which our son stepped in), trash on the tables, and an overall sense that the store wasn’t being properly maintained. The service is noticeably slower, and we often experience issues with the Chick-fil-A app’s reward scanner not working, which results in missed points.
Additionally, the staff here does not seem as friendly or well-trained as at other locations. Perhaps the management isn’t as engaged, or the employees haven’t received the same level of training, but the difference is noticeable. After multiple frustrating experiences, we’ve decided not to return to this store. We’ve also spoken to friends who say they actively avoid this location due to the same issues—uncleanliness and long drive-thru wait times.
We love Chick-fil-A, but this particular store doesn’t meet the standards we’ve come to expect. Hopefully, improvements are made, but for now, we’ll continue going out of our way to visit better-run locations.

Update: I saw the balloon today and it made my morning. Gosh i love a great marketing strategy. Brand new build with super friendly staff. I got traditional chicke sandwich. They know marketing, they often fly a hot air balloon with branding in the area. Clean, inviting space, very busy location. Branding, branding, branding!!
Every time I come in , Joy is working at the counter, she is a sweetheart , I love coming in and seeing her. Thank you for your hard work and service, she always has a smile no matter how busy it is!

Girl in the drive through laughed at me for no reason only because I was doing mobile order.. spoke with manager and she adressed the situation
Worst run Chic fil a have ever been too. It’s always dirty. Went and there were no customers and nobody sitting inside. Employees eating and standing around and the restaurant was filthy, see pics.
