Went to the Drive Thru and Ordered three combos. Made it home and opened the bag to find ZERO french fries. How does that even happen? How can you be that bad at your job? It's sad to think that someone actually trained the person that made our family dinner. It's pathetic and I cant wait for the Shea Blvd. location to open back up. This location is garbage. Fire the manager.

First time in my life I’ve had rude chick fil a service!
Drive through worker with black and green hair, with glasses. Was very rude to my wife this morning who had a neck procedure. My wife was speaking to her and was rudely cut off and darn near yelled at saying “EXCUSE ME CAN YOU SPEAK UP A LITTLE I CSNT HEAR YOU.”
Then proceeded to have an attitude asking me if I knew what I wanted, without even having the menu FACE ME. I had to say maam can you please turn toward me to see the menu?
I’m not sure if it’s the rain that has her upset, but she had no reason to approach us so aggressively. I genuinely hope you’re okay, being rude isn’t the solution.

My favorite fast-food healthy hack!! I frequent this place at least twice a week, almost every week, because they easily accommodate my healthy lifestyle! I get the #7 lettuce wrapped with delicious grilled chicken, beautiful romaine lettuce & tomato, a large sunjoy unsweet tea/regular lemonade light ice. 😍 Or a Market Salad no blue cheese. My fave fast food! 👙💪😎 My favorite fast-food healthy hack!

It's consistently great food! My 6 year old loves it too!
I have usually had a great experience at this location but over the last few visits everything is great until I need a refill on my drink. Four employees walked past me avoiding eye contact as to avoid any interaction. Weird how friendly everyone is when ordering but if you need anything more you're invisible.

I got a meal here today. I requested Garden herb ranch and was told they only have regular ranch. So I said you don’t have the Garden herb and he said only in the packets for salad so I said but you don’t have the dipping kind anymore and he said yes we do. I was like uh ok then can I have two please. I was confused and he was clearly confused.
The food was good. I feel like Chick-fil-A could give you more fries than they do.

The food is usually pretty good, but I would advise checking your bag right away when going through the drive-through. Depending who works on their shift, they don't always get the orders right.
