General manager is a horrible human being. She would rather her wait staff diagnosed with COVID and fever serve you their germs... If they call in sick they are fired. Disgusting and shameful. Needs to be and will be reported to the health department.
The appetizer was awful, it was basically just warmed up tortillas with barely any filling.
My husband’s meal was decent minus the strip of fat 1/4 the size of his steak, my meal was saturated in grease to the point I could barely pick up my burger without it falling apart.
From the moment we sat down our server was incredibly unapproachable, it seemed like they were pissed off just being there and getting anything, even a simple refill, from them was near impossible, we watched them ignore everyone around us so we didn’t even try.

Went for a Dinner and the atmosphere was good... The food tastes good but few fried items were salty especially the Nashville hot.

Can’t review the food, but the service was beyond awful. We left before we were even seated. We walked to chilis with our family while on vacation and from the second we walked up, the hostess obviously didn’t want to work and was so rude. Her and a fellow waitress obviously didn’t want our business. When we we said we would be willing to split up our party of 13 into our individual families, They still rudely said they wouldn’t seat us WITH OPEN TABLES EVERYWHERE. So we took our business across the street to Red Robin where they we extremely accommodating and wanted our business. THANK YOU Red Robin.

I haven't been 2 chilis in many, many years because I'm allergic to wheat and they've never been gluten-free friendly. So I just called and the young girl answered the phone. I asked her, what are some of the options on gluten free and she told me, hold on and then hung up on me. So I guess applebee's it is.

The food was really good. We were seated super fast. Service was good with the exception that we had a couple gift cards that we tried using and the server was unable to help. A supervisor had to come and assist. Additionally, the little tablet thing on the table did not work which was pretty frustrating. We tried using 3 different cards before we figured it is probably broken. The reason for the 3 star service is just the fact that people do not know how to use their systems and that can be frustrating. I just wish servers were trained a little more on other things as well. We chose this restaurant only because of the gift cards. The food was great otherwise so we would come back.

We went there on Saturday night. It was full.
We waited half an hour to order. We waited another 20 minutes for the food.
The waiter was busy and didn't have time to take our order.
I really didn't know that chips & dips were charged at the end. I thought they were free, one per table.
W-melon Lemonade was just a syrupy water, no watermelon taste at all, a waste of money.
I would rather order a glass of ice water. The bartender is not attentive, $3.69 a glass, plus tax and tip, I paid is waste money.
Sirloin was grilled well, this was ok.
Salmon was overcooked and overripe, not worth the price at all.
