Tracey brags about being here for a million years but cannot get a drink order right. Offered 1 out of 4 ppl a refill on their drinks (after bringing a 5 and 6 yr old huge mugs and gave an adult a single child cup of water). Whoever the busser is needs to learn how to set things down WITHOUT SLAMMING it down.
Oh, and my burger had unrelated cheese on it. Do whatever you can to avoid Tracey. The salsa is great, though!!

Disgraceful skinny burnt ribs. Pick up drive home and open the container found the ugliest ribs ive ever seen. Chilis has gone down the toilet tubes for sure . Dont recommend the food or the overcharged price of $30 for 1 rack of shitty ribs. Stay away save your cash.

It was a very long time since we went back to Chili's due to bad food and services but now this location will bring us back. The food was very good and same for the waitress.

The portions were good, but I got ill from the soup. My stomach and head hurt; felt disoriented and out of it after the amazingly tasty loaded potato soup. I couldn’t peg down the waitress for awhile after asking her if there was any soy in the soup (it wasn’t on an allergy alert in the menu-not even a symbol next to it, which doesn’t seem right). Are went to ask the kitchen (who didn’t know), and then looked up something in her tablet that they give each waitress/server, and finally found that it did. Further, she didn’t ask me if I needed help, or offer any options to remedy the matter (I wasn’t looking for a free meal, but you would think she would comp the soup at least). In the future, I will not be eating here. Soy seems to be in EVERYTHING that is accessible to everyday people!

Nikki is the best server I’ve ever had IN MY LIFE! She was so attentive and made us feel so special. My triple dipper was served quickly and was exactly how I wanted!

So overall it was cool. An odd start that finished beautifully. Our waitress and manager were awesome and attentive to us. The hostess could benefit from more training in customer service. I recommend the Triple Dipper and the chocolate molten cake which was on the house per our wonderful waitress. It was packed so that's how you know it's a good spot to try.
