went to this chipotle every week for the 8 years I've worked in the area. Ordered same thing every week. Went in today to stand around while watching my order sit on the counter while they kept making more orders. I must have made the online order preparer angry apparently when i asked how much longer my order was going to take. Another girl bagged it with a burrito i didn't order. She had no problem taking it back to be remade. Then comes online order girl. Slams the bag on the counter, rips it so stuff starts falling out. When i said I'm not taking the burrito she yelled at me about that's what i ordered. I walked out at that point. Every week for 8 years and Ill never go back thanks to one employee with a bad attitude.
Hi , White Rice is not cooked completely, this is my 2 nd time in same location in this week.
Had a horrible & rude experience while ordering. Chipotle employee was very rude. Cursed at me for asking for “ one taco to go “ in a bowl. She was very short being passive aggressive, rude, & down right unprofessional. Spoke to the manager & he said he would “ talk to her “ nothing was done. I would avoid this chipotle around 10am-4pm when she works.

Rent must be high in Grayhawk because this is the only chipotle I've been to in the country where they consistently fill the bowl to 50%-60% capacity. And whatever you do - don't mobile order or you won't even hit 50%.

The staff are sweet and lovely and efficient. But the pork and chicken, even beans and rice and even cooked veggies were not hot, hardly warm. Where is the health Dept! My guess is the hot table has failed. Honestly I'm not comfortable eating at a restaurant that doesn't keep cooked pork hot and doesn't maintain the temperature of cooked food correctly. The chips tasted a day old. This place is super busy. But not returning.

This location gives such small portions compared to others. It’s very obvious they are trained this way. It just doesn’t seem right to get one scoop of rice and couple beans laid on top then to top it off with 3/4 of spoon of protein. It brought me to reviews where you will find this is a common theme for this location.
The people there were so nice. It was very speedy, we were in and out. We got some food to go and I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to get home. I actually decided to stop at the car wash, so while I was in the car wash I opened up my food so I could take some bites, it was not disappointing.

Funny how little they care when you order to go , can't even seem to read a screen right, how hard is it to add guac? Seems like just a scoop i mean it must be since you charged me for it , not to mention I got 2 order of chips and only one came in? What do you do with all the profits? Does it go to training? How about to better customer experience? How about food quality and quantity? How about a refund ?

They’re very good with their burritos, but every once in a while, they forget the extra chips you order.
What an absolutely awful experience... I usually avoid chipotle but I was in a hurry and tacos sounded good. I ordered 3 hard tacos and the blonde guy with glasses was hostile from the start. He was just throwing ingredients in the bowl and missing some of the tacos entirely. When I pointed out one taco had no meat in it (I mean NONE) he got REALLY annoyed and at that point I was done. I just finished my order and left. I will NEVER return here, holy cow.
I have ordered from here 3 times using the Chipotle app, and all 3 times, I have had issues with order. The last time my order was so off I drove back the 10 miles and the person I spoke to acted like it was no big deal they messed up my order and had to take 30 minutes to drive back and get it corrected. Customer service is lacking at this location
