Chipotle Mexican Grill

The staff are sweet and lovely and efficient. But the pork and chicken, even beans and rice and even cooked veggies were not hot, hardly warm. Where is the health Dept! My guess is the hot table has failed. Honestly I'm not comfortable eating at a restaurant that doesn't keep cooked pork hot and doesn't maintain the temperature of cooked food correctly. The chips tasted a day old. This place is super busy. But not returning.

This location gives such small portions compared to others. It’s very obvious they are trained this way. It just doesn’t seem right to get one scoop of rice and couple beans laid on top then to top it off with 3/4 of spoon of protein. It brought me to reviews where you will find this is a common theme for this location.

The people there were so nice. It was very speedy, we were in and out. We got some food to go and I was so excited. I couldn’t wait to get home. I actually decided to stop at the car wash, so while I was in the car wash I opened up my food so I could take some bites, it was not disappointing.

Funny how little they care when you order to go , can't even seem to read a screen right, how hard is it to add guac? Seems like just a scoop i mean it must be since you charged me for it , not to mention I got 2 order of chips and only one came in? What do you do with all the profits? Does it go to training? How about to better customer experience? How about food quality and quantity? How about a refund ?

It was good, clean and love the lemonade and other refreshing options. Had the chicken burrito bowl.

Lightning fast service, food is as expected/ good.

They’re very good with their burritos, but every once in a while, they forget the extra chips you order.

What an absolutely awful experience... I usually avoid chipotle but I was in a hurry and tacos sounded good. I ordered 3 hard tacos and the blonde guy with glasses was hostile from the start. He was just throwing ingredients in the bowl and missing some of the tacos entirely. When I pointed out one taco had no meat in it (I mean NONE) he got REALLY annoyed and at that point I was done. I just finished my order and left. I will NEVER return here, holy cow.

I have ordered from here 3 times using the Chipotle app, and all 3 times, I have had issues with order. The last time my order was so off I drove back the 10 miles and the person I spoke to acted like it was no big deal they messed up my order and had to take 30 minutes to drive back and get it corrected. Customer service is lacking at this location

I try to avoid this location typically, but occasionally stop here when I’m close. This location regularly forgets things in my online orders and is almost always out of vinaigrette. Why allow someone to order the salad if you don’t have the dressing available. Today’s visit this location was out of vinaigrette and forgot the chips/guac in my online order.

My recommendation if you’re thinking about ordering here just drive a little further to the desert ridge location. The north Scottsdale rd location is easily 1star

Not sure where to start other than the place was dirty. The employees were not being taught how to properly serve. For example scooping from the the bottom of the pan, for the hottest product. Also being stared at rudely and not being greeted is not customer oriented. I've been in many Chipotle restaurants in the area and I've noticed a practice where employees are placing drinks on a table that should be being used for a customer that is closest to the entrance of the kitchen. I've noticed as well sanitizer rags being carelessly used around food that is ready to eat and is on the serving table while the rest of the top is absolutely dirty and filled with debris front and the back behind the serving table. Condiments not filled up tables and floor in the dining room not being cleaned or managed in any way.

Chipotle is my go-to spot for a quick, tasty meal that actually feels fresh. I love how you can customize everything, and the ingredients always seem high quality. Sometimes the lines get long, but it’s worth it for a solid burrito or bowl!

Kid at the takeout / delivery window on 02/10/2025 at 6:45pm is an absolute STUD! Was the only person so welcome me in right as I opened the door AND he was working fast and efficiently. I came for a DoorDash pickup that was behind a couple orders and he had another staff member come help him while he prioritized my order since I was there. Wonderful customer service, you don’t usually see now a days especially at Chipotle. I will go out of my way to come back here because of this.

Very, very small portion unacceptable .

today, i took the liberty to ask for extra rice in my bowl. when i had taken the time to carefully extract my bowl from the store,
and take it home, i was needless
to say shocked. not only was i greeted to extra rice, i was greeted to a mt. everest of zesty, perfectly cooked, limey rice. underneath my hill of rice was the most perfect steak that there has been in a while and truly a wonderful bowl. to those heroes at chipotle, i thank you.
