The “portion” sizes are a joke as I could’ve counted the individual beans this man tried to pass as a “scoop”. The chicken was burnt to no end, out of everything on the line to the point that employees huff and puff because they have to grab more, and homeboy has a massive cut on his hand bleeding through an old glove putting hands on any and everything. Bro change that dressing. Disgusting. For a new location this has to be one of the worst we’ve been to. Still 30$+ for two bowls, no drinks no chips, no quac. Just bowls.

Someone said they felt bad for them as they seem understaffed…not with the demeanor and attitude these people possess…come here if you want chicken jerky, blood borne pathogens and thee smallest “bowls” of your entire life.

Worst one I have been to. They don't give you your full portions or the right items you ordered and paid 13 bucks for and extra. How would you like it if you didn't get what you paid for? SMH do better Chipotle ?

This new location needs some serious help. I honestly feel bad for the employees because they seem understaffed and overwhelmed without good management. Nearly every time I’ve been here, there has been a sign up on the door saying they are short-staffed or will be closing early due to unforeseen circumstances. The ingredients aren’t the typical “fresh” quality you expect and you have to be pretty adamant about getting a decent serving size. Today, the entire restaurant smelled like sewage, and it was clearly noticed by every customer in line. When I asked about it, however, the employee said she had no idea what I was talking about. It just seems like this place needs an overhaul and some serious management changes to be the type of Chipotle that’s worth going to.

Over 20 bucks for a double meat burrito. Would not give a decent serving otherwise. When I checked out I was shocked and will not be coming back. Could have just ordered two burritos. The Mexican place down the street is local and will give an entire burrito of meat for 12 bucks.

Wooed by the meticulous wood and metal atmosphere I wandered into the Chipotle, my family in tow. I decided to order tacos despite my better judgement and general hatred of soggy tortillas.

Against all odds I was able to finish one taco before my children beckoned me to the lavatory. Sigh. The bathrooms were quite clean outside the stench of he who came before me.

We finished the business of the body and made our way back to the table. My remaining tacos, soggy.

Do I blame Chipotle? I do not. This is life. Grab a fork and enjoy the tacos as they come

I recommend not to ordering to go here, if you choose too, avoid adding any “EXTRA” items cause you won’t get it. Ordered a couple times here and it’s always I don’t have this or I’m paying for a basic meal when I paid for add ons. Food quality is low, rice was hard, burrito was small, got the wrong drink. Honestly not worth if you paid 40-50$ like I did.

I consistently get the same food order from Chipotle, so I was incredibly disappointed when I came in today and when I asked for sour cream, the employee responded with, "There isn't any out." When I asked if there was any at all, she responded with, "None that's out." This is disappointing because I can't imagine that at a Chipotle there isn't any sour cream, so it appeared that the employee I was speaking to didn't want to restock the sour cream. If there was any other reason, it should have been communicated.
I didn't want to make a fuss, so I accepted it and received my order without sour cream, but I was really disappointed. The salsa is generally too hot for me without sour cream, so I paid for an item that is no longer something I was going to be satisfied with.

Unfortunately, I'll be going to a different Chipotle in the future.

Have gotten my order wrong 4/5 times I have been here, and just did again. Charged for items that I never received, staff is half present. Consistently bad. Pay if I pay for 2 of an item, i expect to receive 2 of an item. Unacceptable.
