Showed up 40 minutes prior to close and they were just out of food. Already closing up shop. No offer to make more do something different. Would have been understandable but it was rice, corn, sour cream, lettuce, and half of the meat.

carne asada was lousy fat strips of beef that I couldn’t chew to swallow, instead u have to spit into a napkin!

This is the only chipotle, out of all the chipotles I’ve eaten at in my 27 years of life across the states of Colorado And Arizona, that refuses to make a quesadilla unless you order it through the app. “We don’t have a button for it” hey call the company and get it added?? Maybe put in like the tiniest bit of effort? Lmao I walked out, went up the street to the Thomas and Scottsdale location and got a quesadilla without question. Was NOT surprised to see the terrible reviews. Glad I didn’t eat here, what with the dead flies and brown avocado in peoples food. Advice: go literally anywhere else. You’ll find better quality food in the trash can of a good chipotle 😭

My online order was completely wrong and missing stuff. It was literally carne asada, cheese and white rice for tacos and couldn't get it right. No chips or guacamole that I ordered as well. Every time they can't even get the simplest orders correct. I get it's always room temp but this time was beyond cold after a few mins. No refund or apologies, just thanks for the free money

Small portions, cold food, not right ingredients Got double rice and was served negative rice. Was suppose to be chicken received half scoop cold steak. Not sure what is going on but it is sad that my chipotle finally got the chipotle curse.

Burrito was so small and the fajita veggies were cold and not even cooked!

Don't waste your time.
Ordered 2 steak bowls, 2 chicken bowls, and 4 kids meals.
One bowl was missing and the other had beef barbacoa. They lied about being out of steak. The manager offered to remake with the steak I saw in their station.
So he remakes it.
Update: My wife's order was also wrong.
Now at home, he still gets it wrong after taking a photo of our order. And the kids meal has chipotle chicken, not steak. They won't eat it because it's too spicy for them.
Wanted money and wasted time.
