Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food is always good! I'm not coming back to this location. I was just there with my 9 year old, and if taking a chip out of the fresh bowl the lady just poured from the fryer, with his bare hand, he came over by the drink station. Took a huuuuugggge hit off his weed pen, and coughed his way all the way back to the kitchen. Told some friends, everyone laughed, and he laughed.

Considering I eat at this establishment I'm very disappointed! My daughter came to pick up my pico my ho to meal. This is something I get often but on today the lady told her this was what she was paying for. This isn't correct! My issue is that Pico comes in a bigger cup for the $2.30 it's the principal of the matter. I called the store and was told that they system is down so I'm definitely leaving a review as I'm sick and tired of spending my money for poor service. I don't care what you think it's $2.00 today $200.00 tomorrow we work do your job please! Thank you! Whatever happened to good customer service again I say.. 🙄

Not that clean. Flies buzzing around while I order - staff seems to be all 20 year olds. Place needs a deep clean

I’ve been eating chipotle for 10 years now and I do love the staff that works here as well they are kind and pleasant. Very generous with portions which is a big plus. I do however wish the environment was kept cleaner since it is the only chipotle location that keeps their food very messy within its display of selections. The steak tasted very odd last time I purchased from here which was surprising since it’s never tasted weird to me before. Appreciate the customer care just wish it was kept cleaner, added an imagine below for an example.

The brisket is way overpriced and wayyy too spicy for this white guy!!!

This location always skimps on the protein, and the rice is crunchy. Go somewhere else

Terrible service, they will insult you and get angry at you , it was dirty and slow people standing around doing nothing

My friend warned me that this chipotle was horrible, but I still went anyways. They were right this was the most inconsistent, horrible chipotle I’ve ever had

Rice was hard. Store was disorganized and dirty. Staff was all joking around and paying way more attention to each other than customers.

Compared to just a month or so ago this chipotle has turned it around. Food is good now, portions are good. Wish it was a little cleaner but hey its way better than it was. Good work. But as others have said, it is usually pretty dirty.

No one in line except me, meanwhile every employee is just standing around talking to each other while I’m ignored for 2 minutes. Then the person making my order saunters over as slow as he could and had a horrible attitude. If you don’t like making people’s food then get another job! Overall worst experience I’ve had in a chipotle and I’ve been to over 50 locations.

They were unable to scan for rewards or give a receipt today due to their system switching over. Was only told about not being able to get a receipt after the transaction was completed.

Typically, when you go into this location, the tables are dirty. I’ve never been to a chipotle where they run out of vegetables as much as this location. I went in twice this week and had frozen lettuce! The second time I complained to the manager.. didn’t even give me any type of compensation at all and acted like I was putting him out. The portions are usually relatively small. They’re stingy on the portions.
