Chipotle Mexican Grill

The workers have bad attitudes. Mobile order was not ready until 10 minutes after promised time and they claimed it was ready on the app at 9:30pm when it wasn’t ready until after 9:40pm on November 16, 2025. This was a disappointing experience.

Thank you for not remembering to put my drink and other burrito bowl in the bag and charging me. Drivers can’t open bag to clearly see there were supposed to be 3 items.. I received 1 item. Driver took picture

HORRIBLE. Ordered from this place online.

I was given the incorrect type of beans and chips were forgotten. Rice is HARD and undercooked. One clump was pretty much still RAW.

Steak is the driest, hardest, saddest little thing i've ever seen. Probably some old piece of steak theh cooked anyways for some reason regardless it was overcooked to death. Completely inedible. TRASH literally. Just go to another location unless you like putting your money directly in the garbage.

This place has gone down a lot in quality and service but today the cashier tried to convince me I had to pay $3 for the guacamole on my veggie bowl when that has always been included, then she laughed in my face like I was crazy lol. I’m starting to understand why Karens act the way they do. I didn’t even bother speaking with the manager, I just left, but I won’t be getting Chipotle again anytime soon.

This restaurant was so nasty! The garbage was overflowing in both trash cans, allll the tables were dirty, there was food all over the floor were you ordered, AND the workers were rude. My brother had to ask for utensils, it was just a bad experience 😒.

Who ever the blad Mexican manager is is very rude to employees and customers. How is this guy in charge of people, he was literally yelling at an employee on 9/9 at 1535. No customer service just grilling this port girl by the register. If you’re going to instruct or correct do so not in front of customers. No one cares if your teaching when your literally yelling at an employee

The chips are still the servings are small and it’s not a surprise at this place is empty. I wish I read the reviews before coming in never go here if you actually wanna get your moneys worth, I ordered a large queso and chips. The queso was half full. The chips were stale. How hard is it to make queso and chips?

First, this location is filthy! Secondly, the staff was totally unorganized and so confused on what job they were supposed to perform. Only 1 kid had a decent attitude. Everyone else acted like entitled little brats. If you love Chipotle, go out of your way and find a different location.
