I usually love chipotle but tonight I’m pretty disappointed in my food. My rice was hard like it’s old or it’s been sitting out for a while. The chips tasted stale and slightly rubbery. I ordered a pick up order and when I got home they did 2 bowls instead of a bowl and a burrito. I should have checked the order before I left, but it clearly states the 2 different types on the receipt so I didn’t think it would be wrong. I probably won’t be back to the location to be honest because this is the second time I’ve had issues with my order from here, and based on the reviews it’s an ongoing problem. I hope I don’t get sick from old food, who knows what else in my bowl doesn’t meet quality standards.

I did not buy food. There was a signed posted on the glass stating " no guac, no chips, no veggies". I asked if the sign was current. The response from the 6'2" white boy was "what's it say". I took it down to show him he read it and stated "I guess so."

Man this has to be the worst Chipotle out there. They are regularly out of options, today they were out of steak and chips. However when you go to order they're actually out of just about everything else.I had a pretty measly scoop of chicken and I slowed her down and said hey hold on I need a little bit more than that and the woman gave me the stink eye..... Super fun.The dining area at drink station is so dirty. I don't know why I keep coming back to this location, however I guess I just assumed that it will get better..... But it won't.

Place is dirty constantly. Issues with quality and with orders through the app. Today the soda machine had no carbonation. Already paid through the app for a drink. No sign or anything on the machine. Still taking online orders including for drinks despite this. Workers do not care and they make it know. Honestly at this point, so many points of failure over 6 months of going to this location. I will never be back. Hopefully this place closes already so a business that cares can move in already.

I don’t write reviews often, but this hands down is the worst chipotle in the valley. It just happens to be closest to my apartment so I figured I’d give it another shot. This is the 3rd time I’ve been there and the chicken is so overdone it’s not even edible. They skimp hardcore, if I ask for double protein I get two half scoops, that would normally be a normal portion at any other chipotle. Staff seem to not care. I love chipotle but this one misses the mark. I’d recommend just about any other chipotle in the area.

I should start by saying chipotle is one of my love languages. I frequent them throughout the valley. However, this location is without a doubt the worst chipotle I have ever been to. It’s consistently awful. And I mean awful. Like the worst. Like in every way it will always disappoint. Their staff are humans, and with that comment I tend to be very nice and considerate to the shortcomings of fellow humans, but these employees could care less about anyone they are serving, at anytime of the day. I’ve never been to a chipotle that consistently is out of the staples of the chipotle experience. On this trip they were out of fajitas and corn. Then when we got chips it was like tiny shards of chips (see pics). It was like they threw them around and stomped on them before giving them out. Then the refreshment area is completely out of the teas and the ice machine was just dripping water. I hate this chipotle. With a passion. Corporate needs to reevaluate this place. It’s awful.

This location used to be ok, but not the greatest. Although today I went in and the service was just phenomenal! They were fast, put the right amount, everything was fresh, they weren't out of anything. The store was clean and everyone was happy and smiling! Love it!

0 stars! came here at 8pm on a sunday, it was not busy and almost no line. staff was so rude! we asked for sour cream, but they said they were out, and then refilled it in front of us while we were paying. of course we asked for sides of sour cream- the woman looked annoyed and threw half filled sour cream containers (with cream all over the sides!) into our bag. they were out of lids for bowls, ice, vinaigrette, and kids meals boxes? just really annoyed and disappointed in the service.
Slow service, and guy with sunglasses and nose ring was super rude and impatient. Literally just throwing food around. Everytime I comes he’s always yelling at someone or just be eccentric. As a former restaurant manager, I can tell he’s a walking red flag in a place of business.

THANK YOU CORPORATE! This location use to be very disappointing over last year and was happy to see new faces today and experience the high quality of service that other locations provide. You can tell there has been an overhaul and as a chipotle fan it is very much appreciated! I no longer have to avoid this location!! THANK YOU and keep up the great service!

SLOWEST EVER. More than 40min to get food when the line wasn't even long. The staff is more concerned with getting out early by breaking down the restaurant ahead of time. I would save your time and find another chipolte close by.

I went here about a year ago. The service and food were horrendous. Terrible portions with the exception of the sour cream, which was dumped onto the bowl to such a degree that it saturated the entire meal. It was disgusting and for the first time in my life I didn’t finish a meal from Chipotle. The workers had bad attitudes too. Based on the other recent reviews it hasn’t gotten any better. I love Chipotle but will never visit this location again.
