Normally this chipotle is great. The meat is always good and the portions are actually reasonable. I’d give 5 stars most of my visits. I’m giving this 1 star and i wish i could give it zero because i didn’t even get my food. I went in today an hour before closing… they were already cleaning all the floors behind the glass and had the tables with the ingredients pushed back wot someone scrubbing the floors with a full line of customers. When we got to order the guy said that he was out of all the steak, corn, white rice, and few other things. To stop cooking an hour before close with a whole line of people is not right especially for a busy location. I have worked in food service before and i understand getting ahead on closing tasks but not having product was unacceptable…

I tried Chipotle after a year of avoiding it due to poor portion sizes. When I got my CHICKEN bowl I thought I was a vegetarian because there was maybe 2 pieces of chicken in total on it. Guess I didn't miss much.

This location has great customer service!! Rodel and Ruthy are always friendly and helpful The staff here are so sweet!!!!!

Mya (or Miya) had absolutely 0 customer service skills, she ruined the whole experience after a long day with almost no food, we went to this location because it looked appealing from the outside. She had an attitude and no personality. She was also rude to my mother who has bad hearing, gross lady.

No chicken at 9:05pm and it looked like everything was cleaned already. Veggie fajitas didn’t look great at all so we just walked out of the place and went to the chipotles by my neighborhood. I’ll keep you posted on the other chipotles 😢

Not a bad experience in terms of the food but the workers were not friendly. Did not make eye contact, did not smile, did not have a very welcoming personality. Not sure if this is a reflection of their management / or the hires they choose but it wouldn't harm them to be kinder to their customers.

Did a mobile pick up and everything was ready on time and the bowls were actually full. Quick and easy.

Found a piece of hard plastic , perhaps a piece from a bag in my bowl. They shrugged and said oh yeah, sorry. And it wasn’t genuine, if my 4 year old choked on this… it would be a very different day. But instead I am writing this review to say this location isn’t clean, or worth your hard earned money.

Came here for lunch today talk about Skimpy portions! I felt like they rationed everything they gave me, including the lettuce if you can believe that?? all the tables were filthy dirty food on the floor food on the tables… extremely tough steak.

This is the most consistently good Chipotle I have ever frequented. They are fast. And I mean lightning fast. Doesn't matter how busy they are, I get through the line in just a few minutes. Portions are good. Atmosphere is a little better than most Chipotles. Dining room is a little crowded, but they also have outdoor seating for those cool AZ. Winters. You have to ask for a code to the bathrooms though.
