Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the most consistently good Chipotle I have ever frequented. They are fast. And I mean lightning fast. Doesn't matter how busy they are, I get through the line in just a few minutes. Portions are good. Atmosphere is a little better than most Chipotles. Dining room is a little crowded, but they also have outdoor seating for those cool AZ. Winters. You have to ask for a code to the bathrooms though.

This is the best chipotle I’ve been to in Arizona! They are so nice and always give huge meat portions. They also are fully staffed and move super nice during a rush.

Doordashed from here and my bowl was not even close to full. Paid $22 for it too. Super annoyed. Guessing when you don’t watch them make the order they don’t feel like filling it up🙄 still hungry.

I ordered a chicken bowl realized I needed more protein after the small portion they scooped so I ordered barbacoa as well the whole bowl was $17, they put maybe 2oz of barbacoa for an extra $5

the foods probably great, but i wouldn’t know, because the line stands completely still everytime i try eating here.

I liked the design of the place from the outside, it looked pretty neat, but inside was full of disappointments. It was busy and the line was long but when it got to me I made a mistake with my order and the staff helped me correct it and she wasn’t rude or anything but she didn’t do it with the kind of grace and kindness and understanding that merits 5 stars. The food itself was decent, it wasn’t bad but not amazing either. And, lastly, my group had trouble with seating cause it was so busy and there were a lot of us so we went outside and it was kind of messy outside, all the chairs and tables were sporadically placed haphazardly so that was a negative. But, despite all this, I would still probably go here again if I was in the area.

I found a piece of paper in my burrito which is weird because they make it in front of you so it must have been from the meat... Idk I'm here waiting to go raise heck or just eat it

THE CHICKEN MUST COME OUT OF THEIR PAYCHECKS

I try not to just leave poor reviews because things don’t go my way, but this experience was just weird and frustrating. I ordered chicken tacos today and when I picked up my order it felt small. Took it out to my car and thought to check and confirmed what I thought. I don’t normal go back into to places to complain, but I received literally two pieces of chicken on one of the tacos. For nearly $13, getting two pieces of chicken is borderline robbery. When I went back into to let them know, the staff member at the checkout instructed the pickup order employee to gave me a cup of chicken to take with.

I’m in a pretty comfortable spot in life to where I don’t need to stress over $2 worth of chicken, but if I’m getting ripped off and the solution to it should be pretty simple, I’m going to try to address it. I did and I was more than happy to walk out and not think of it again. BUT as I’m about to leave the lady making pick up orders says “really? Two pieces of chicken. I don’t believe you.”

Well lady, here’s the photo I snagged of my food before I walked back in. You tell me if you’d be satisfied with your order looking like this. I count 2 pieces of chicken and like five beans. The insinuation that I was the one in the wrong just felt inappropriate. I used to come here weekly, but this is enough for me to say no more.

Chipotle always has amazing food!! I love customizing my favorite combos and I everything is quality and very healthy!!!
