I've been to several locations but this is the worst. Not sure if management trains employees to be extremely conservative with the portions as every location seems to be stingy with their portions, however this location takes the cake! Not to mention, they have forgot to add my protein 2/3 times that I've ordered from here. Last week was my last time ordering from this location. The staff didn't put the top on right to my salsa so it spilled everywhere inside the bag. I paid for salsa on the side so it was a complete waste of money. To make matters worse, the portioning was terrible and surprise surprise… NO PROTEIN, AGAIN! Unfortunately, I ordered through DoorDash so when I called and talked to a manager by the name of "Jay" he told me he couldn't issue any refunds and referred me to DoorDash. Of course DoorDash was no help when I sent them a message. They offered me a measly $5 credit towards my next order. I practically spent $30 on my meal and delivery fees. I was so upset that I lost my appetite and just threw it in the trash. Complete waste of money every time I have ordered food from this location. They either need a new manager or more competent staff. Do better Chipotle!!! The food there is too expensive for you all to be doing stuff like this!

It's funny how one Chipotle can be so good, and then you find this one that is not! So I got here about 30 minutes after they opened, and they didn't have everything ready for lunch and was confused as to why it was so dirty, like it wasn't cleaned up after yesterday?

If you order in the restaurant they pack the bowls full which is what you want from your Chipotle! No complaints or extra charges when you ask for more salad dressing or extra lettuce.

Tried to order a quesadilla for my older MIL and I was told they only do quesadilla if ordered online. The staff didn’t understand why I felt this was the most ridiculous thing I have heard. I have to go to an app, order online, pay for it and wait for them to pick the ticket up and then wait for the order to be made. That’s so much more convenient than ordering verbal with the tortillas and press right in front of the guy who could make it in less time than it was to tell me I had to order online. I will not be dining again with Chipotle again. The service was poor, the food was mediocre and I couldn’t even order what I wanted. I didn’t even want to give one star!

Went in to get food for my family. Ordered 2 items and tried to order a quesadilla but was told you can only order them online. They will not make them if you ask for them even though they will make a kids quesadilla. This is the most ridiculous policy. Also they are constantly cross contaminating the beans by dropping bits of meat in the containers. My daughter and wife are vegetarian and i have had to tell them they have gotten meat in the other ingredients several times.

I love Chipotle, but the last few times, I have gone like around 8 pm, and they say they are open till ten, but they have like nothing left, I guess. There were no Pino beans, very little cheese, and no lettuce. This is not the first time this has happened. Very disappointing.

We went to this location to grab a bite to eat while at the car show. There were quite a few people working. Sadly, the young man who took our order seemed a bit annoyed with us. My husband, myself, and our friend each ordered only proteins. When he realized that there was no more steak, he reluctantly walked over to another area to get some. Talk about absolutely no personality. To top it off, the steak was way overdone. I don't know if it had been sitting in a warmer too long or what. But, it should have been tossed, not served.
