Chipotle Mexican Grill

A lot of tables were not clean when I arrived. I was not able to sit where I initially wanted to sit because of it.

The spoons container was in the wrong spot. Found plastic knives with the cutting end up and threw them out.

The mandarin agua fresca lid was not sitting flat on top because of a bulge in the middle on the left side.

The amount of fatty juice from the barbacoa, was the least and best that I have ever had of all the times I have ordered it.

The tortillas were not 100% soft compared to all the other times I have ordered the same item from other locations. The tortillas were still foldable and edible.

Got a chicken burrito bowl and now I have severe food poisoning that had rehabilitated me for days. My sister also got sick from the food.

This chipotle is always yummy!

I'm in a wheelchair. Coming in the main door going to the bathroom the tables were too close to the permanent bar stools. No room to get a wheelchair though. 6 people had to move to allow enough space to get through. The chair is a standard size chair, not a large powder wheelchair. Additionally the bathroom needed cleaning as did the outside table tops. Understand it's AZ and it's dusty but the tables had more than today's dust accumulation.

Food and service was over the top as always!

Parking: 3 disabled parking spaces. 2 used including the one I was in.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not much room inside to get to bathroom. Too many tables and too big. 6 people had to move so I could get from front door to the bathroom.

Rae and lofiana are both very unprofessional they pick on a teenager and fired her for being sick when that’s not allowed and none of them wash their hands before they come in to do their shift

$11 for a plain quesadilla is absolutely ridiculous and then they fold it like a Crunchwrap - I don’t want sides but it’s not cheaper, and guac is still extra. I hope chipotle goes out of business tbh

Staff are coughing where food is being prepared and the girl working had a bad attitude very rude.

I read that Chipotle was increasing prices and making portion sizes big again so decided to go at it again after a long break. Well the prices sure went up. Went here the otherday and got literally the smallest burrito I've ever received out of probably 500+ orders. It was less than 1/2 the weight of the burrito bowl my wife ordered. When I mentioned it to the guy who checked me out he said "new portion sizes" HUH??? They also forgot sour cream, but gave us an extra guac so I didn't complain. Ended up ordering another meal of 3 tacos because the burrito wasn't enough for one adult male. For the price of that burrito the value just isn't there, spent $35 for 1 meal with chips / burrito / tacos / and a drink just way too expensive for fast food.
