They were clearly arguing amongst eachother and giving HORRIBLE attitude towards me and my little sister and they were rolling their eyes and making small side remarks to everything we said. Typical Chipotle food but they need to clean tables. They just removed food left behind without wiping the tables or spraying them with any cleaner. That bothers me to not see a proper cleaning job. Makes me wonder what's going on in the kitchen. Where's the training?

Very rude lady working the middle of the line yelling customers orders at them, being messy with the scoops and being impatient with customers. Got twice as much queso as I e ever been given because she scooped so much. Also paid for chips and did not get them in the bag.

Ok you know what! I have been on this delivery app a couple times now. I love ten minutes away. Every time I order you guys don’t have a selection for fountain drinks. I have ordered 6 Mexican colas that cost 5$ added to the order. During these six orders not once have I ever received my coke! The app just lets you rate and not actually get a refund. I called the manager lucio and the best he could offer me is a 3-4 day refund and number to call in order to get it. Their driver is mad about the no tip. They affect there customer doing this and now there delivery person. I am extremely upset with this customer service!! I highly recommend you being back fountain drinks for delivery or you teach your damn employees how to read an order and bag a soda bottle!!!

I placed an online order and decided to eat there instead. There was a girl with brown hair and resist or pink highlights who was very kind and helpful. She have me a water cup and had a warm welcoming tone.

These guys did great today. Really work well together and handles a large soccer team group. Just went to Chipotle in Gilbert last night and this place was way cleaner and employees were a step above. Ty.
I thought all chipotle’s were the same but this is the best location I’ve been to. Food tasted super fresh, especially the rice. Very clean environment and the staff were great! Not 1 piece of fat in my barbacoa.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free

Chipotle man!!!! I just got a $50 order and almost still kinda hungry hahaThis did include a 12 pack of Coors Lite but still . Funny was I ordered the carne asada + some extra chicken, thought I was get a huge bowl but mad disappointing. Food was ok though. Is inflation getting that wild???? This was a door dash order by the way and ambiance in my hotel was not that bad.

They were out of lettuce, guacamole, bags and they gave me half a scope of chicken and the brown rice looked very old and dry. 10 dollars for white rice, beans, 4 tiny pieces of chicken and Pico. I stopped going to Chipotle because of small portions but decided to give it another try. What a mistake. You need to portion the chicken out better.

Keep trying to give another chance because I work across the street but I just used up my whole lunch break waiting for someone to finally ask what my mobile order pickup name was, to then get it with ingredients i never asked for, currently waiting on the third remake. Seems to be usual every time I’m here, think I’m done trying with this location now
