I have never seen such a small portion of food in my life. I have been to multiple chipotles' and this one gave me 1/4 of the portion of any other location I've ever been to. I would go back in myself and demand a refund but I'm stuck at work with no way of leaving. Now I will be starving my whole shift. Thanks Chipotle!

Just ordered here. They took my list and did it themselves instead of letting me tell them how each bowl should have been . Then they labeled them wrong and completely left one out so food was distributed to staff by the numbers they wrote which were all wrong and went back yo store to have them fix and was told would have to rely for their mistake. Horrible service . Waste of everyone's time. $100 and no one got anything they wanted. Would give 0 stars had it been an option.

Stopped by last night to get some food to go. I immediately noticed how dirty the entire restaurant was. There was food, mainly rice and cheese just about everywhere. The floor from the moment you walked in, to every corner of the restaurant had some kind of food on it. The check out counter was covered in rice and cheese. Every table that was unoccupied had food or trash on it. The drink area was a mess, forks, napkins, food covered the whole area. The portion size of the food was unacceptable as well. I’m not the type to take photos but I wish I would have. I would recommend avoiding this particular chipotle.

Don’t even bother coming here. The one on shea is less than 3 miles away and worth the drive. This chipotle is what happens when a kids run an establishment. Could’ve gone to the casino if I wanted to throw $10 down the drain.

I eat chipotle probably 3 times a week every week across CA, AZ, and NV. This is the best chipotle I have been to in a long time. The barbacoa was flavorful and not dry. The guac was delicious. The chips were not stale. Wish I could go to this location every time.

The service has always been stellar here. They keep the work area clean. And the employees are always very nice and helpful. Really a great, professional crew. The quality of the food has always been good, and the portion sizes are ample for the price. For example, the carne asada is about 13.50, but you get plenty of steak, peppers, onions, rice, beans, corn, cheese, lettuce, tortilla on the side, etc. Try buying just ONE uncooked steak at the supermarket these days, and you'll pay double that for an uncooked steak! Really love this place. It's convenient and I visit often.. Special shout out to Enzo, Jackson, and Skye who are super nice and conscientious. Thank you.

I understand that this place is a business, but giving $2 worth of food and charging $12 is offensively expensive. The portions at this location on Frank Lloyd and Thompson peak keep getting smaller and smaller. Their portions now are so small that they should just call it a kids meal at this point. Plus, food tasted really bland, gave it to my dog and ordered myself a decent meal from a real restaurant for about the same $ I wasted at this Chipotle. Will never return.

They always mess up delivery with missing or wrong items so I did a pickup this item and checked the food right there. As expected, both orders have several errors.They were promptly corrected.Lesson learnt: get your product made yourself. These guys don’t read instructions.

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to in my entire life...Where do I begin? The service is terrible, the portions given out are very small almost like kids portions you are given, this place is ALWAYS missing food items with no availability, the rice inside my bowl was hard as a ROCK, not fresh and soft, hard and unable to even consume, the line stretches to the door, they prioritize online orders vs walk-ins so you must wait in line patiently while they fulfill other orders for people who are not presently there in the store last time this went on for about 10minutes the line did Not move one single person, this place is a complete embarrassment to the Chipotle chain in EVERY shape and form. Whoever is the Manager does a poor job of keeping this restaurant to proper standards and fundamentals.
