Cholla Prime Steakhouse & Lounge

This steakhouse is a great value. This is our third time there. The steaks are always good plus the sauces for the steaks are delicious. Some of the side dishes are better than others. Would not recommend the sautéed mushrooms or the au gratin potatoes. But all the other sides are good. Will definitely be back again.

The food was good, but at the same time I have had better and I have had a whole lot worse. Our server was good for the most part. The thing i didn't not like was we have never been there before. So it seem like we were put on the back burner. Over the other guest. I would think that the server would came around more often then she did. We saw the runner more then we did our server.

We are regularly here for dinner but the service has diminished greatly the last couple of months. Servers are not trained to wait tables. We ordered a 2 nd drink before our dinner arrived and we had waited over 30 minutes to receive it. I had to go up and ask where it was. By the time it arrived we had already finished our dinner. Also the mini appetizer was brought out and before I could eat it our salad came out and was placed on the table. Timings were all off, we had to find the server for cracked pepper she literally dropped the food and ran away.

Overall it was exceptional service, friendly environment and great customer service. We would go back .

I've always had a good experience at this restaurant. This visit was no different however, the steak that I got did have more gristle to it than normal.

way too expensive. 30 minutes to get am appetizer (5 micro bison meatballs). the short ribs plate was super dry. the presentation even for the filet dish was not you are expecting for that price. I was expecting something for our 28th anniversary. nothing just the check.

We have been to Cholla several times and every time it is just outstanding. We were going to go to Shula's but too many bad reviews. Cholla replaced many places we used to go, try it. It's that good.

The good. The gentlemen that helps the servers has been there for 25 years. He is attentive, polite & such a wonderful man. Our server, ok. 3 of us ate, but only 1 meal of salmon was good. The shrimp was a breaded mess. The lamb was terrible. No flavor. Lobster mashed potatoes, no flavor. We use to go here all the time. Very, very loud, and not great.

Dinner was fantastic. The directions were way off sent us to Raintree Boulevard off the 101. We were 10 minutes past where we needed to be. Had to go back 10 more minutes more. We were 20 minutes late, but we were lucky enough that they went ahead and sat us. Remarkable dinner

Outstanding as usual.. steaks always prepared to perfection. Staff is very attentive, friendly and accommodating . By far my favorite steakhouse in the valley. For us a far drive but well worth the drive as we are never disappointed.. when guests are in town we always dine at Cholla Prime...

First time dining here. We came in for Spring Restaurant Week and could not have been more pleased with the experience. Everything was so delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully plated. We enjoyed the extra attention to small details from the amuse bouche to the palate cleanser between courses to the small cookies presented with the bill. The dining room is cozy and the noise level was low and calm. You would never know you're sitting on the other side of a casino. Service was well paced and non intrusive to the conversation with our dinner party. Overall a really fantastic dining experience and the RW menu was a great value to be able to try multiple courses plus the complimentary additions we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back again!

Best steakhouse in the USA. Always dine here whenever we are in Scottsdale. Great food, service and ambience.
