Best Fine Dining Experience in the Valley, IMO. Long time patrons but had been over a year since we last came and now we recall why it's our favorite fine dining experience and to not wait that long to go back.

And while the "experience" is high-end, you can come as you are; casual to dressy, all are welcome.

๐Ÿ‘ The experience: from the sherbet between courses to "cleanse the palate" to the bread service, hot hand towels, cold salad forks, free tasting appetizer, pristine white tablecloths, complimentary cookies, etc.
๐Ÿ‘ Intimate setting, you don't feel like you are in a casino at all.
๐Ÿ‘ The prices are more than fair for the quality. Plus you get two sides, vs. everything a la carte which most high-end places do. And we shared an add-on soup and salad and they split it for us into two dishes.
๐Ÿ‘ Service is outstanding! Ilse was our server and she is always amazing! Shout out as well to Corie in the bar, Ramiro (bus/support), Brent (server), and long-time manager Roger who keeps the experience always 5 ๐ŸŒŸ!
๐Ÿ‘ Outstanding menu, something for everyone including vegetarians. Good wine list as well with reasonably priced good wines.

*Additional updated photos from dining on 1/9/24, 12/25/24 (dishes labeled) included as well as mentioned below from previous visit from November.

Cholla is one of my favorite, if not my favorite, steakhouses! The food has always been incredible. The price is completely reasonable. The service is great and the atmosphere is lovely. My husband and I go to Cholla often but we would probably go more if it wasn't in the casino. I can't help but want to gamble when we are there. Haha.

Just love this place
Last trip we visited at least twice a week and it was always fantastic.

Parking: Never a problem as the lot is for the casino.

My ribeye steak was tough, under cooked and under seasoned. Mashed potatoes were similar to wall paper paste, Sean's ones well but overall inedible. Best thing was the salad, well dressed and cold.

After being seated we waited 20 minutes to be waited on and finally had to track down a menu, still no server. The restaurant was only half full and we could not get anyone to wait on us. Many servers just standing around and talking, not waiting on tables. Then looked at the menu and saw it was not even close to a fine dining steakhouse at all. More of like a casual restaurant menu. Then looked at the wine list and saw a low to medium quality collection of wines you could buy at your local CVS. Kept waiting for service then finally left and no one seemed to care. No wonder it was only half full on a Friday night at Prime time!

This is my wife and my go to place for a fancy and intimate celebration dinner for anniversaries, new jobs, Valentine's Day, or just to celebrate a romantic night out together! We always do this great meal where they bring you a big steak and you split sides and they bring it out in courses, which we always look forward to and even the sorbet is great and a nice touch! We definitely recommend this place for your next romantic night out with your spouse!

What an amazing experience and the ambiance is perfect. Food was extremely fresh and the tomahawk was cooked to perfection with great sides. If you get a chance is like a hidden gem in the casino Arizona.

It was special and more so as we celebrated our friends birthday. For us; it was the 3rd time we were there in the past 4 months and can't wait to go there again. Casino Arizona is not the reason we go to CHOLLO. FIRST CLASS STEAKHOUSE ALL THE WAY!

Absolutely incredible Tomahawk steak if you want a great cut of meat at a great price this is it. Very fair priced restaurant with great customer service would highly recommended. Bring your appetite steak comes with salad and choice of two sides. Desert was also so amazing!

A terrific experience. We loved it. The little things they did (the filet sample, sorbet to cleanse the palette, and mini-cookies) were fabulous. The Porterhouse for two was perfectly prepared and delicious. Gage was our server and he was great. We will return.
