The blueberry pancakes were way undercooked and cold. I sent the french fries back because they were cool, and when I got them back, they were still cool. We didn't get coffee or water refills, and they weren't that busy.
I will still buy my bread there but won't be eating there again.
The food is good but overpriced. The bagel sandwich I had was pretty big but it cost $18+ after tax.
This was my first time coming in after a while, so I didn’t know how it worked and I ordered at the counter and then went to sit down. But then I was told that I had to move because I wasn’t getting wait service and I was in a “prime seating location” even though it was at the end of the day and not even close to being busy. So essentially, if you’re not going to tip (since I ordered at the counter), you can’t sit at a booth. I just paid almost $20 for a goddamn bagel sandwich and I’m not allowed to sit where I want. Felt like an entitled server moment. Pretty offputting being moved, felt like a second class customer or something.
Food is always more for your money!!!!
Extensive menu, everything looks great, food tastes OK. My Jewish sliders were cold and that was disappointing. Our Server was super friendly and helpful when reviewing the menu and ordering. Clean deli themed restaurant. Very bright! Even for dinner.
Booths need more padding

Food I've eaten there so far has been delicious and I'm fussy. You have quite a large selection of food
that it's hard to make a selection.
Dietary restrictions: No salt, bacon, like whole grain bread, no yolk eggs, etc.

This restaurant has nose-dived since new ownership took over. Does not hold a candle to the old Chompies. The staff is extremely rude - especially on the phone - and their customer service is brutal. Go to NY Bagels and Bialys instead. I’ll never go back to this place again. Yeech.
New York Deli vibe for sure. Service a bit slow but the food sandwichs are great.

Five starts for the food and people. Not so hot on the active construction zone.

I love this place but it strange to order online. When the restaurant is closed, they do not accept online order. I tried to order for tomorrow to save time and it will not let me.

Everything is delicious here sometimes it consistency with a basic bagel and cream cheese could be a little deceiving though. One day you have an unhealthy amount of cream cheese the next you have a little smear.

The hostess at the entrance just profiled me as the help and then got displeased when I asked for a table. Under construccion. The waitress was much better, attentive and prompt to her work.

Friendly prompt greeting and seating, then Tammy was an awesome server-she knew the menu really well. The soup I ordered came out very quickly, and with a thin toasted bagel slice, like a large crouton! Split pea soup was almost too thick, but delicious and just right temp. Our sandwiches came out quickly as well. 20% discount on take-home desserts. The brownies are perfection. We were offered refills on our drinks to go. Highly recommend.
