I visited this location for lunch because it's convenient and close to the 101. The restaurant was clean and the service was fast. But today, the chicken wasn't as good as usual. It wasn't piping hot, but instead just warm, as if it had been sitting around for awhile. The honey butter biscuit was good as was my side of fried okra.

The seating area was a bit cold but there were no other guest dining in at that time.

Horrible staff. Barn animals have more manners. I stood for over 10 mins . 1 st in line k then Maria P tried to charge me for sauce, like four sauces ain’t enough for a 10 piece check:10033

I've been to this location many times in the past, but today I had an awful experience. They were out of normal chicken, so I had to wait half an hour for a new batch. That would be fine, but when I got it home, I noticed it was super dark and tasted burnt. Maybe it was old oil or they overcooked it, but it was very bad. My kids who love chicken refused to eat it. I don't blame them.

Everyone in Town's got 5 pieces for 7.99 and I guess it's because Scottsdale it's not they've got two pieces for 7.99

I ordered a breast meal, and the breast was not fresh like I had in the past. I was very disappointed as I was looking for a higher quality than KFC and ended up far lower! Mashed potatoes were nothing to write home about either! Coleslaw is the only good part of the meal.

Ordered 2 spicy 3pc meals through doordash and it came so hot,fresh and delicious!!! The spicy chicken and fries were so fresh omg definitely recommend this location

This location is awful. Everything is broken and they don’t have all of the menu items. They got my order wrong and the mac and cheese is absolutely terrible.

We ordered from here for the first time and we got home we live in Tempe so we’re pretty far away from the location. I got home and both are macaroni and cheese were like soup. It was so watery and runny. It tasted kind of weird. I tried calling them, but they don’t answer their phone. It’s just sucks because the mac & cheese is usually the best.

20 mins wait for chicken because u used all of it for large mobile orders. One of the worst Churches around.
