Kevin served us during our first visit. The Cinque pizzeria was awesome. Thin crust just like the little local spots in Siena and Firenze, Italy. Finally a restaurant that truly understands wood fired thin crust with the appropriate proportions. Bravo!
Why can't we have more places like this back home. All around great. The pizza was excellent thin crust with a snap. Holds the goods without spilling the prize.
