Went here with family for the first time and the service they provided to me and them was outstanding; even if it was potentially busy due to this place being connected to Auntie Anne's, of course. Team members Jose and Ryder specifically were great in accommodating family needs and growing my experience at Scottsdale.
There is only one Cinnabon. I've had some good cinnamon rolls but none really compare to Cinnabon.

This location does not provide receipts. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the register for them to tell me they are out of classic buns. This doesn't make sense to me when I can clearly see them packaging over a dozen packs of classic buns right behind the register. The employee proceeds to charge my card double the price for 2 luke warm mini buns. What a rip off!

11/25/2023- This happened on the day of BlackFriday(yesterday). As you can see in the picture, I ordered a 4 pack of classic rolls and a mochalatta chill. Absolute disaster with the order of my drink. They gave it to me in a wrong cup, without the whipped cream or the chocolate sauce, and when I asked for the right drink they continued to argue that that's my drink. After putting that half-butted whipped cream, they gave me a flat lid, and then a round lid and told me they have no cup for this. In the end they had no courtesy to apologize, and rather returned my money saying “customer changed mind” on the note. I was at the store to eat, but the employees failed. The manager there was a guy with glasses, so if they mess your order- make sure you let them know how bad their service was at a “customer serving” business.

It’s Christmas Eve and I wanted to get my 3 year old son Cinnabon for him to leave for Santa instead of cookies ? ( Santa is me lol ) and I got there a couple of minutes too late ⏰.. so I asked if they could please ? sell me a box .. I was even willing to pay 3x the cost .. instead they go in the back and bring me a box and say Merry Christmas ?.. they are the best and I wish them a lot of business and prosperity ?

Sarah was such an awesome worker! She had great customer service and even took the time to explain the menu to us. It’s so refreshing to see a great worker at such a young age!

When did the default become cold, day old cinnamon rolls? 20 dollars for 4 cinnamon rolls that were stone cold and firm? This is ridiculous. Service was absolutely horrid, stood there waiting with all of the workers talking and laughing.
