This location does not provide receipts. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to get to the register for them to tell me they are out of classic buns. This doesn't make sense to me when I can clearly see them packaging over a dozen packs of classic buns right behind the register. The employee proceeds to charge my card double the price for 2 luke warm mini buns. What a rip off!

11/25/2023- This happened on the day of BlackFriday(yesterday). As you can see in the picture, I ordered a 4 pack of classic rolls and a mochalatta chill. Absolute disaster with the order of my drink. They gave it to me in a wrong cup, without the whipped cream or the chocolate sauce, and when I asked for the right drink they continued to argue that that's my drink. After putting that half-butted whipped cream, they gave me a flat lid, and then a round lid and told me they have no cup for this. In the end they had no courtesy to apologize, and rather returned my money saying “customer changed mind” on the note. I was at the store to eat, but the employees failed. The manager there was a guy with glasses, so if they mess your order- make sure you let them know how bad their service was at a “customer serving” business.

The cinnamon rolls here are so good! The cinnamon rolls are warm and moist. They have a ton of size options and options for quick to gos too. Always fresh and all the employees seem to be in a good mood. This one in fashion Square is right by a little seating area which is nice because you are kind of far from the main eating area.So this has happened 3 times now, though I love their cinnamon rolls... they have literally started skimping on the frosting, which is definitely one of the best parts of Cinnabon! Every-time I go I have to order extra frosting. The last couple times the almost dollar scoop of frosting is half full which is annoying, you see full ones and don't want to sound annoying asking for a full one. Also 1 cinnamon roll is almost 7 dollars... I understand inflation but I don't understand upping the price and giving a customer half the amount of frosting and still charging more. Also I hate tipping on meals that they didn't do anything for! The whole tipping culture just getting a cinnamon roll or a pop... what am I giving you a dollar for. You didn't do anything special. You didn't go above and beyond. It makes everything awkward because they look at the receipt to see if the amount changed or not. Very awkward. I'm not saying I won't go back, but can we get a frosted cinnamon roll..

Karla and the crew here are Amazing. Words couldn’t describe the gratitude ? I have for them .. It’s Christmas Eve and I wanted to get my 3 year old son Cinnabon for him to leave for Santa instead of cookies ? ( Santa is me lol ) and I got there a couple of minutes too late ⏰.. so I asked if they could please ? sell me a box .. I was even willing to pay 3x the cost .. instead they go in the back and bring me a box and say Merry Christmas ?.. they are the best and I wish them a lot of business and prosperity ?

I Wish I Could Give No Stars To This Place I Ordered My Food At 1130 am and it's Going on 2 o'clock and there just now preparing my food I'm not just hungry and Angry I'm Hangry. Then When I Called To Check on my order they lied to me and said it has been ready for 20 mins that was at 1230 how have I still not received my food?!
