I went to Clancy's for a quick bite to eat before a haircut appointment next door. I sat out on the patio and ordered some wings to go and a beer while I waited. I got my beer in record time, but it was clear I was forgotten on the patio since I didn't see the server again until 35 minutes later when she finally asked, "you still haven't gotten your food?". Then went inside, grabbed the food and immediately brought it out. The food has been sitting there for 20+ minutes and the server didn't apologize or anything.The food had been sitting for so long that when I took a bite out of it, it was cold. I had to cancel my appointment after going inside to find the server myself and she was nowhere to be seen.Don't come here if you're expecting to get out in a decent amount of time and have warm food.

My friends and I went for St. Patty's day. We had planned on staying all day but ended up leaving after a few rounds. There were 3 bars set up with different drinks, and the larger bar by the entrance had the most drinks available. There were 2 bartenders there. I didn't catch names, but the blonde was super friendly and nice. The brunette had an attitude. I work in the food industry, so I get it, and it didn't bother me. The last time we ended up grabbing drinks, we got a round of green tea shots and water. I paid cash, and I got $4 back. I was going to leave $6, but I had a $5 bill, so I was putting my $4 back to grab a 1 and a 5. Before I could even finish putting my $4 back, she says "if you aren't going to tip, then find somewhere else to get your drinks." I was shocked that she said that and asked what she said, hoping I misheard her. She shook her head and said it was nothing. If she honestly felt that way and doubled down when I asked her, I would have left the tip, but the fact that she backed out of it and acted smug, I just walked away. Like I said, I work in the food industry, and I am no stranger to leaving tips. We had a lot of cash and planned on leaving a big cash tip at the end. My friend who was helping me carry our shots also heard her and was also shocked. We told our group and decided to just leave because we weren't going to try and ignore her or get a different bartender for the rest of our stay. I get there were a lot of people there, but you were popping cans and pouring premixed drinks.

Food was sub-par bar food. It’s a Wisconsin Parkers Bar, so figured at least nice people for a bad football team. But the management and staff are extremely rude. Atmosphere is extremely loud, packed and not worth it. Never going back!Parking: Owners/management will block off parking spots in the SHARED parking lot for their staff, but not their customers. Also, they do not have any rights to certain parking as they are in a complex. If they did have certain paid spots, they should have a sign (like the other companies do).

Taco Tuesday was good $2.50 each, we had one of each. Chicken, ground beef, fried fish, al pastor and barbacoa(maybe can't remember the last one) drinks were strong. I am giving it a 4 because I thought the prices were high, $15 for spinach dip that was about half the amount I expected for that price. We did get a Pina colada on the house so they could get it empty before St Patty's. Bartender was nice and friendly.

Very crowded on a week night. Music was so loud we could barely hear each other talk. No one offered to seat us. Under staffed. A bad choice. We left and got Italian.
My company’s rented out the private room next door! Great service, amazing food, outstanding drinks and atmosphere! 10/10

The fries are great too!Parking: The parking on that end of the complex is a challenge due to so many good restaurants and other popular businesses! Be prepared to walk a little...

Bartender lady on Friday night 01/26/2024 at approximately 6:30PM was very rudeI had a pick up order for the name of Ruth & the bartender kept trying to take my phone out of my hands when I told her & showed her my order details on my phone & then she stormed off & said she wouldn’t help me.My order was paid for & ready & she just wouldn’t help, very unprofessional & I will never come back here again
