Upon coming here with my family to eat, Aidan greeted us immediately and went above and beyond to see if the roof top had availability to eat at for us. Upon learning that they wouldn’t for another hour and a half, we decided to eat on the first floor. Aidan was also our server then and was very prompt with waters and service. He was extremely accommodating and welcoming! I ordered the $12 watermelon salad, and my boyfriend got a $25 3-cheese pasta. I must admit, when the food came and I saw that my salad consisted of 2 slices of watermelon and 6 beats, sprinkled with green sprouts, I was a bit caught off guard. My boyfriend’s pasta was also quite small. The food was delicious, but it wasn’t a lot, especially for the price. The rest of my family got burgers, those were a decent size for the price and they enjoyed them! Our server noticed my confusion and offered to make it right. I declined, as it wasn’t a huge deal in the moment, it was just surprising. I almost felt like my plate had more dressing on it than it did salad. My aunt then gave me some of her fries, which were, interesting. They’re BBQ flavored, so dipping them in ketchup felt wrong. It would be like dipping Lays BBQ chips in ketchup. My mom ordered my boyfriend and I a hummus plate to share, which was large and came with 2 slices of bread, an array of vegetables, and hummus. Aidan even came up to the table upon seeing my glass was empty and filled it for me, despite there being pitchers of water on the table, so that was peak hospitality of him. Aidan was taking care of just about, if not all, of the downstairs tables single-handedly, and was attentive and efficient throughout. Overall, I would say that our server was very pleasant and was the best part of our experience at Cobre Kitchen + Cocktails! The food on the other hand, delicious, but the portions were too little for how expensive they were. I would think that eating out means having a meal, not just a tasty taste.

10/10 - didn't think i could love pasta more than i already did, but here we are!ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. context: after using yelp for years, this is actually my very first yelp review. thats how out of sight this dish was. flavorful, soulful, perfectly portioned with appropriate levels of spice. compliments to the chef(s) responsible for putting this together with thoughtfulness, creativity, and care. it's been 24 hours and i'm still thinking about how these chefs managed to make a perfect pasta. and the garlic bread. THE BREAD. look, im serious, run not walk to the first floor of the hilton canopy scottsdale for this dish! my boyfriend got the southwest ramen and we literally mixed forkfuls of both dishes together because both flavors were OUT OF THIS WORLD GOOD. best dinner of a beautiful birthday weekend! such a surprise that was right there the whole time. thank you for such great food, service, and atmosphere !

Overall great experience. The grilled cheese here is top-notch. The bread is perfectly toasted. The cheese is melted just right, creating a gooey masterpiece. It's a simple sandwich done incredibly well. Solid 5/5.

Had breakfast here every day while staying in the hotel. Their take on Chilaquiles is so unique, very tasty. The breakfast burger looks simple but its packed with flavor. Their iced expresso drinks are delicious and a good service size for the price. The place is very clean and spacious and still gives an intimate vibe. Highly recommend it for breakfast

Decent hotel breakfast. Ordered the southwest frittata. Was overcooked. I'd try another breakfast item next time.

I had the breakfast burrito. It was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff was attentive and helpful. The restaurant is located inside of the Canopy Hotel in the lobby area. The hotel is decorated beautifully! It's a desert theme/tone with contemporary minimalist decor. I would return!

A little hidden gem. We stopped in for food and drinks and this place did not disappoint. Kayla our waitress was super sweet , nice and attentive. We ordered calamari, I had the burger and my husband got the filet. All the food was really good. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Overrated and Terrible, they got all hands free up but had us waiting 15 mins at door. Ending going to JoJo, way better than this disappointing place. Also, rooftop bar need reservations? man someone need to get their mind straight running business or you end up getting just bugs swinging in every busy morning??

Booked a table in advance, but needn't have worried as it wasn't busy. Promptly shown to our table, but seating not exactly comfortable. However, the menu is good and we opted for several starters instead of the usual starters and mains. As for waiting staff, we had 3 different team members, one that told us he'll be looking after us, the other came and took our drink and food order, plus the one who brought our food to the table. The one who said he'll be looking after us reiterated that note again, he went off and brought replacement drinks.

Delicious. We had the coffee spice rubbed tenderloin and ny strip steak, both grilled to medium. The tenderloin was perfectly done with pink in the middle, melt in your mouth perfection, and a slightly Smokey/spicey exterior from the rub.The NY strip was sliced to serve, tender, well seasoned, and coated with an incredibly delicious herbed butter that added to the already yummy strip. The vegetables for both dishes were expertly cooked, and the au gratin served with the tenderloin had an amazing depth of flavor. We did have the calamari with was ok. Just a little salty but the accompanying sauce helped to balance the taste. For an added bonus, the restaurant and hotel decor were a treat for the eyes. Mid century modern meets south west class. Absolutely gorgeous.

Two of our guests had the Salmon and like it. I had the three cheeses dish and enjoyed it. We chose the outside seating and found it pleasant. The location across from the Spirit of the West Museum and proximity to the Art Galleries and Gallery Night made the location special. I would return there again.

The food was absolutely delicious. The food presentation was nice and the wait staff was very good as well. It took quite a while to get the food after ordering but again it was delicious.
