I admit I had an expectation of trying the best tacos I've ever had. They definitely were not the best tacos I've ever had. The poke bowl was delicious. The customer service was very good the staff where so friendly

The place was very clean and super cool looking inside. The grilled fish salad was out of this world. The Asian dressing on it, or whatever that was, made it really pop. I’ve been craving it since we left. My son said the fish and chips were pretty good. The coleslaw has a sweet, fruity flavor to it. I don’t know if it’s coconut or banana, but it’s something like that. It eats more like a dessert rather than coleslaw. The wooden tables shaped like surfboards were a nice touch. In the category of service, I’m giving it three stars because they would not sell me a fish taco. I wanted to try something else before I left. They said I had to buy the $15 meal. That is a blown opportunity to maximize sales and introduce customers to new items on the menu. They need to fix this policy.Vegetarian options: Just a salad alone, with that Asian dressing combo would be a dream for a vegetarianDietary restrictions: Their menu is pretty diverse, with lots of vegetables and fish. This seafood grill can accommodate most dietary restrictions.Parking: You might not be able to park right in front of the place anytime you want, but there’s plenty of parking in the areaKid-friendliness: This was pretty much a professional lunch crowd. I mean, kids could go to this, but it is really not geared towards them.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant

I have had Coconuts on Kauai and Maui multiple times. My favorite mahi mahi fish tacos. Maybe it was just missing that aloha vibe. It was ok, but dry and the salsa didn't have the full flavor like on the islands. Couldn't quite place why.

Hidden away in the plaza surrounding the movie theater. This location has a large outdoor, shaded patio. I have yet to find something I don't like here. The coconut shrimp and the Taco Mountain are go-to dishes. The veggies are always crisp and the fish is tastes fresh and flaky. There is a small but adequate beer selection and a couple of wine options, as well.Parking: The front parking lot is shared with the movie theater, so it can be very busy. There is a lot behind the restaurant, as well as south towards Shea. Tesla Chargers were just installed in the lot just south of the building.

Wowsers! We tried this place and ABSOLUTELY loved it! I ordered the fish tacos and they knocked my socks off - I'm allergic to egg, so had it sans the cole slaw it it was still super duper tasty.They're more than just tacos, they've got fish platter, chicken and veggie burgers, calamari, poke bowl, chowder, and more.Super casual experience, indoor and outdoor seating. The guy at the counter was friendly and helpful, especially knowing it was my first time.Would I go again? You betcha, as a matter of fact I just recommended to a GF that we meet here next time we get together - that's when I realized I hadn't rated this place yet.YUM!!!
