Our Scottsdale Synchro Team absolutely loves Einstein Bros. Bagels on Shea & 90th!
We’re incredibly grateful for their ongoing support of youth sports and their generous donations for our special events. Most recently, they provided delicious bagels for over 70 athletes at the USA Artistic Swimming Rising Star Camp, held at the McDowell Mountain Ranch Aquatic Center, with participants from Arizona, California, and Nevada.
Their donation fueled not only our hardworking athletes but also our amazing coaching staff — including three Artistic (Synchronized) Swimming Olympians and the USA Artistic Swimming Coach of the Year. The bagels were a huge hit!
The owner and staff at this location are kind, community-focused, and always willing to support a great cause. Thank you for being such incredible supporters of our team and the youth sports community in Scottsdale!

I am absolutely unsatisfied with my visit to this location. I ordered the garden veggie bagel with 1 egg and a Asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese. The garden veggie bagel came back with no egg, and I had my girlfriend go back up to the front to let them know. One of the employees was not wearing a name tag and said what do you want me to do about it? And then goes on to put the egg is a plastic box instead of remaking the entire sandwich. Was very rude and zero customer service. It was not the cashier with the glasses but the other lady with an orange shirt, I would give a name but she was not wearing a name tag. I’ve been coming to Einsteins since I was young and this is the last time I will do any business here.

worst experience with Ken G, horrible attitude, extremely rude and condescending for the simplest questions. Unfortunate for them considering the rest of the staff is so friendly, clear he hates his life.

Stopped by Einstein Bagels, The bagel was amazing, perfectly toasted and fresh. My iced coffee was just as good, smooth and refreshing. Great spot for a quick and tasty breakfast!

I come to this location very frequently and am always very impressed. The staff is extremely kind and always greet me by name when I come in and know my order. I came in last week on a bad day for myself, and Kyle gave me a free cookie with my bagel. That literally made my entire day so much better. I always look forward to visiting this location!

I had a very disappointing experience at Einstein Bros. Bagels Store #3557. The customer service was unacceptable from the moment I walked in. The lobby was full of customers waiting, yet the staff seemed completely disorganized. The girl at the front taking orders appeared overwhelmed and confused, and at one point had to leave the register to find help in the back — leaving the line unattended while customers grew increasingly frustrated.
What made matters worse was the behavior of the employee making the food. She had a noticeable attitude, spent time chitchatting in the back while orders were piling up, and seemed completely uninterested in the growing crowd. When my order was finally addressed, it was wrong — and when I politely corrected it, the girl with the slight pink hair literally threw the bagel in the trash with a visible attitude. Her body language and demeanor were unprofessional, and it was clear she had no interest in delivering decent service.
This visit left a really bad impression. A lack of urgency, poor communication, and rude behavior from staff are not acceptable — especially when customers are waiting for extended periods with no explanation. I hope management addresses these issues, because this kind of service drives people away.
