$1.89 for a very small container of jalapeño salsa cream! ??Ordered an avocado toast….yuck! Avocado was hard and probably why it didn’t spread. Just noooooo and whyyyyy!???? Sitting at work quite disappointed with nasty hard avocado. I’m sorry but I’m upset 5 bucks went straight into trash. And what’s the stuff on top of the avocado? That does not look like everything bagel seasoning ?
I reached out to this store this morning to address a catering delivery error from this morning. I spoke with Alexia and her manager who unfortunately refused to help fix this issue. I placed a catering delivery order for 15 people and received an order for a different single person, clearly not enough for the 15 people I ordered and paid for. When trying to come up with a quick resolution, Alexia immediately displayed rude behavior and a hostile attitude. Coming from someone who has worked in the client services industry for a decade, it was extremely disheartening to be met with extremely threatening and rude behavior over an issue that was not my fault to begin with. I truly hope Alexia and all other hostile employees are removed from this business. Please be careful if you are spending money here or dealing with the employees here!

This is without a doubt the slowest Einstein’s I’ve ever been to. There were 5 people in line ahead of me and after waiting 20 minutes I walked across the parking lot and went to Dunkin’ Donuts. How long does it take to take an order people??? JFC!!

I ordered a dozen of bagels to take to the office. Learned some bagels are a premium when the majority of places I go they are not. That’s fine, instead of getting 4 Jalapeño and Cheese I requested 1, paid for the difference. Got to work and did not have the upgraded bagel I paid for. I don’t have the time to go back and grab it. Just the dissatisfaction that I overpaid and they under delivered. Staff was friendly prices are way too high for bread and cream.

The customer service is horrible! The food was horrible they do not listen to instructions they do whatever they want. Who in their right mind DOUBLE TOAST a bagel then puts in the microwave with. Breakfast sausage and warms it's up to warm up the meat?!!! This location does I was mind blown and they took over 30 minutes! I wish there was something in the area other than EBB for bagels.
It blows my mind how many complaints there are here regarding the customer service at this location and the store has done nothing to improve said customer service. I went in there today waited FOREVER with three people in front of me to get to the register. I asked some gal with a big scowl on her face if they were out of green chili bagels, or if they had any in the back. She went and came back BSing with her friend behind the counter that they were out of green chili bagels. How do you run out of bagels when you're bagel store? This isn't my first bad experience with them. I only go there once in a while because it's close to my house and I figure it's got to improve sometime. But nothing at all. Bad attitudes, slow, service, and about 30% of the time they get my order wrong. I can tell this is a corporate owned store because there's no pride of ownership at all! Lastly, I watched the manager, some middle-age guy, argue with a customer about her large order that she was there to pick up. Instead of fixing it, he gave her a hard time. She got frustrated and just walked out with whatever was in the bag.

The men's bathroom hasn't been cleaned in at least a week. There is aged urine under the seat, and mold buildup on the floor, walls, and mirror. After using their bathroom, it wasn't worth the 20 minutes I had been waiting for a latte. They have the mandated sign in the bathroom that tells employees to wash their hands. Maybe they should wash the bathroom as well. With such a disgusting bathroom, I can't imagine what the kitchen is like. The manager steps over his employees and tries to do everything, slowing down business. They need to clean up their act.

My son and I stopped in for breakfast. I think they had some new employees. We ordered the All Nighter and Texas Brisket bagel sandwiches. Both as a meal, which means you get a hashbrown and drink. Got our drinks, but when the sandwiches came, no hashbrowns. Evidently the cashier rang it up wrong. No problem, they gave us the hashbrowns. Then we opened the bagels! They put the wrong tops on the bagels. The Texas has jalapeños on the bagel, the All Nighter has cheesy hashbrown bagel. So they remade the bagels. The food was very good, it just took a while to get it because of the screw ups. Hopefully the newbies will learn fast.

The door was broken and we watched the frustration of the employees as they posted signs, LOCKED the door and even set stuff in front of the BROKEN door and yet people continued to j*** repeatedly on the door, the poor employees could only discuss as to what else they could do because of it being broken, one man jerked the door so hard, he almost broke the glass! They did a great job at getting all of our orders correct and out in a timely manner as well as tasting delicious! We went here due to having a bad experience at another nearby coffee place that microwave their breakfast bagels causing it to be inedible. We were relieved to get good service and food here. I hope management took care of that door for those gals!
