Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and I can and say at the bar since 5pm. I asked the hostess at that I had a party off 8th at would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. I asked the hostess when our table will be ready she stated that they were busy and they would be another 30 minutes. I said no worries. 7comes along and no table. I ask for a manager his names Jack. He was very apologetic and said it will be 15-29 minutes. I said no worries. The gentleman that was sitting next to us said you should sit over there and so we moved. The manager Jack comes to our table and said yall need to get up and was very rude and stated yall need to get up you are not going to sit yourselves. We tried to explain that at the bar they said to sit He said yall need to leave. Never at anytime did he say I am sorry you cannot sit there let me get you another table. He was very aggressive. He pointed his finger in my kids & wife’s face. My daughter told him to remove his finger from in front of her face and became very angry and aggressive. He yelled at us and said “I’m calling the police You need to leave.” I have never seen a manager as aggressive and bed when it comes to customer service I will never come to this place. He does not need to be in management’ and needs to go to school in customer service. I am in the customer service business and I would never approach my customers in that fashion. Jack is the epitome of what not to do as a manager of a food establishment.

It's great food and fun to eat in and watch the games. The standout for me is the service! The staff is amazing!

overall, it was a decent experience. The menu boasted an impressive variety of burgers and sandwiches, catering to a range of tastes. I appreciated the numerous options for customizing my meal, allowing me to build my own burger exactly how I wanted it. The selection of beers was also noteworthy, providing a good complement to the food. While the food quality was satisfactory, it didn’t quite blow me away. Nonetheless, the extensive menu and beer choices make it a solid spot for anyone craving a casual meal. I'd recommend it for a laid-back dining experience!

Ordered a cheeseburger and fries from the bar. The burger was good, service was quick and it seems like a busy, popular place.

Never disappoints. Beer is cold and the burgers are good. Always Great service from Sami at the bar, seems like she runs the place lol. Awesome vibe with tons of tv’s and great food and beer selection. Best sports bar in the valley

This place isn’t dog friendly on the patio like the other cold beers and cheeseburger locations. I was not informed when I was seated on the patio, so I was approached in the middle of my meal. It should really be listed on online or I would’ve went to another location.
