Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers

Food was descent, not worth the $60 for 2 burgers, 1 beer and 1 pop. Im pretty sure there was only one server in thr whole restaurant. She was nice enough but definitely not great customer service.

Drea was very personable and helpful. Great food, fun time!

Food is good..service is a hit or miss..either 5 star or crap. Music SUCKS...what...are we at a mosh pit????? Stop the heavy metal crap music for the love.

The Beer floor is the first sign that they pay attention to detail.

This place is a joke. Jack is such a bad manager. We went to to a family gathering and I can and say at the bar since 5pm. I asked the hostess at that I had a party off 8th at would arrive at 6pm. She stated no problem. My party arrives and they tell us it will be 20 minutes. No worries. We wait 30 minutes. I asked the hostess when our table will be ready she stated that they were busy and they would be another 30 minutes. I said no worries. 7comes along and no table. I ask for a manager his names Jack. He was very apologetic and said it will be 15-29 minutes. I said no worries. The gentleman that was sitting next to us said you should sit over there and so we moved. The manager Jack comes to our table and said yall need to get up and was very rude and stated yall need to get up you are not going to sit yourselves. We tried to explain that at the bar they said to sit He said yall need to leave. Never at anytime did he say I am sorry you cannot sit there let me get you another table. He was very aggressive. He pointed his finger in my kids & wife’s face. My daughter told him to remove his finger from in front of her face and became very angry and aggressive. He yelled at us and said “I’m calling the police You need to leave.” I have never seen a manager as aggressive and bed when it comes to customer service I will never come to this place. He does not need to be in management’ and needs to go to school in customer service. I am in the customer service business and I would never approach my customers in that fashion. Jack is the epitome of what not to do as a manager of a food establishment.

I had a Bleu Burger with sweet potato fries! This is a wonderful place to go & it was a beautiful day so we sat outside on their patio. I'm going again!

We always have good service and food at cold beer and cheeseburgers. We got the hot chips for an app and would not do that again. It’s just chips covered in hot sauce. Burgers and sandwiches were great like always and great service and beers.

Food was good and beer was cold. It was not busy, yet we barely saw our server. She left dirty dishes on our table, never refilled our waters, and brought us our check without asking if we wanted to order anything else (we did). Our booth was next to the kitchen and the kitchen door hit the booth regularly as employees exited the kitchen.

Always great food and service! Love this place.

Worst experience ever at Scottsdale location. They served me a completely melted milkshake so I asked for a new one. I waited over 30 minutes and didn’t get a new one. The waitress could have cared less. When a manager or person from the bar, he didn’t identify himself, asked me if I didn’t care for the drink. I explained they forgot my drink and then brought it melted and I was asking for a new one. He said it might have been the new machines fault. No…it was poor service and poor attitude. The replacement shake was perfect. We have been there many times and had good food and excellent service even on busy nights. I would not go back to this location again because of this experience.

Have been coming to Cold Beers since I was a kid at the first Grayhawk location grand opening. Glad to see it’s still the same good food and great environment to watch football with the family.
