Came in Jan 10, at 10.45pm we got there. First thing this girl by the cashier says to us at the door is you have to leave right at 12. On top of that they wouldn’t mix us anything, said they were cleaning the stone even 15 mins before they close.

The brown haired girl with glasses couldn't make a milk shake. Won't be coming back for this overpriced crap.

Delicious and the music is always the best!!! 2000s jams haha
It's pretty run-down, and the waffle cones are extremely disappointing. They have no flavor, and just are not good. The ice cream is okay, at best. Also one of the pictures will show you that it looks like somebody took a sledgehammer to the sink in the bathroom and then they glued it back together. Also it looks like the windows are rusty? Which is just plain weird.

I came in to check and see if they had sugar-free ice cream. The young lady was clearly new and didn’t know so she asked the other man who gave half an answer and then answered the phone. When I asked him again, he ignored me. She kept trying to tell me she thinks there’s no sugar, but she didn’t really know or she thought it might be half sugar. The point is was as rude as a person can get despite the fact that he was probably 16 years old. I won’t be back here ever.

I've been a regular customer at Cold Stone on Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd in Scottsdale and have generally had positive experiences. However, my recent visit just before closing left a lot to be desired.
We arrived about 5-10 minutes before closing time, where we encountered a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. It was clear that the employees were already in closing mode, with some of them audibly expressing frustration that they "should have locked the doors earlier" prior to our arrival. Throughout our visit, there were audible complaints among the staff about wanting to close earlier, which we overheard loud enough to be unsettling.
Despite this, we proceeded with our order and tried to be considerate of their closing procedures. However, there were three employees behind the counter who seemed unwilling to take our order promptly, which would have sped up the whole process and possibly alleviated some of the tension.
While preparing our ice cream, the employees continued to complain about wanting to close earlier, which made us feel unwelcome. When it came time to pay, there was an uncomfortable moment when they verbally expressed dissatisfaction with our tip amount.
While tipping is customary, I shouldn’t feel obligated to do so, especially when met with unwelcoming attitudes. When I do tip as a gesture of goodwill, employees should never complain about the amount.
We ensured to complete our transaction promptly, and we were completely out of the store by 10:00 PM, which was the closing time. Despite our efforts to be considerate, the overall customer service during this visit fell short of the usual standards. It's disappointing to leave an establishment feeling like an inconvenience, especially when I've been a customer for some time.
I hope this feedback encourages management to reinforce customer service values during closing hours to ensure every customer feels valued, regardless of the time they visit

This place is a SCAM. The owners pretended to hook up the rewards points to their system but you don't get any points for going here. They are scammers who don't want anyone to redeem points here. Worst owners ever. Also, the owners take all the tips from employees. So the hard workers get nothing!

If you’re having hvac issues that will affect the product you’re selling, give your customers proper notice or just close down for a day until it’s fixed. This is an ice cream shop, no one wants soupy ice cream in their bowls upon receipt. Completely unacceptable.

DONT BOTHER TO COME HERE!! AWFUL SERVICE AND SMALL PORTIONS!! I ordered a Love It with Sweet Cream, Fudge and Caramel which was made the size of a Like it until I questioned the size. The girl Olive added more sweet cream and barely mixed it inside the cup. I asked her to remix it completely and then had to ask for the manager after she stated it was mixed. Not only did I complain that it was too small but I wanted it remixed on the slab. The Manager Bree denied it was too small and claimed they'd have to charge me more for a Got To Have It if they added more ice cream. I'm so disappointed to be charged $7.09 for such a flat serving. See attached photo. This is what was handed to me!!!

I honestly did not believe my eyes when there was actually ice cream non-dairy and gluten-free. I have celiac disease and I also have a dairy allergy. The server was so nice to ask her manager if the ice cream was also gluten Free.As you can see in the picture. Honestly it was so delicious and I wanted more. If you have a gluten allergy or dairy allergy, I suggest you stop by and try it ?

Friendly staff.
BREE IS THE BEST!?
Don’t come here. Not sure what type of color they put on the top of the cake but the taste was horrible and didn’t go from my skin yet and my stomach was feeling bad. I ordered birthday cake but there was no cake at all but all ice cream and melted down in few minutes before we could use it.
No Apple Pay. 1 kid’s serving just cost me $7. Would not recommend.
