Corporate headquarters
This IS NOT a Cold Stone Creamery store. This is a corporate office for Cold Stone Creamery. No ice cream for the public, so unless you want to go to the office, don’t go to this one! :)
I followed your process; I filled out your forms online. No one followed up.
They really should just remove this location from Google. It's the corporate office so no ice cream for the public here. Suprised not more angry reviews of this issue. I can see people out at spring training typing in ice cream and driving over to be disappointed.
I was visiting Phoenix for Spring Training, after the game this Cold Stone said it was open until 11. It was not, and our whole car was upset because we just wanted Cold Stone. most frustrating night ever.
This is not a store customers can visit. It is a test kitchen that is off limits to the public.
expected taste
I love this place! I can never get enough of their ice cream! I also like that they have frozen yoghurt in here, such a wonderful alternative.
