Hayley was our server she was great. Had a great lunch. She was very attentive and always kept checking on us
Dereck was the best server we have had at cooper hawk . Glasses were never empty bread was great we had guests comment on how attentive he was! 5 stars!!!!
A real class act as usual. We live in Florida and go to Coopers all the time and have never been disappointed.
We love Cooper's Hawk! We start the evening with a wine tasting experience then have dinner. The food is consistently good and it is always a great experience! We go at least once a month.
We had another delightful dining experience at Cooper's Hawk last Friday night, April 25th. Our hostess, Rachel, greeted us with a warm smile and was exceptionally polite. Jewels, our new server, provided excellent service, checking in regularly to ensure everything was satisfactory. When we expressed a concern about our dessert, Jewels promptly brought it to the attention of the manager, Jonathan. He went out of his way to address our concerns, even though we reassured him it wasn't necessary. Additionally, Chef Danny stopped by our table to see how we were doing, which added a personal touch to our visit. For all these reasons, we truly appreciate our wine membership at Cooper's Hawk and always look forward to a wonderful dining experience! Kerrie and Mark
Always a great night out at Coopers Hawk! Our server, John, was attentive and friendly and the food was great!! Special thanks to Gary for trying to track down more bottles of the Strawberry Rhubarb Sangria!!! Please bring it back!!!
Overall experience was great. The place was extremely busy and led it to be extremely loud. The table next to us was so close I could have touch the lady on the shoulder and the waiters had to squeeze through. The food was awesome. Chicken lettuce wraps were fresh and tasty. The filet was cooked perfectly and the pork chops were good. The potatos were awesome. However the asparagus was overdone and was a little mushy. For dessert we had the creme brulee and it was licked clean. The server was extremely nice just extended a little thin.

Normally we have a good experience here, however tonight was a Huge disappointment.
Wine tasting was great as always but our dinner service was another story. We ordered 2 filets and potatoes and asparagus. It took over an hour and we didn’t get our food until after we complained about it taking so long, and then our server got a major attitude. Needless to say we decided to leave! The manager did comp the meal but by then we were just done. Very disappointed and especially since was a date night for my wife and I…

Came here for the first time ever with my husband and a colleague of his.
Debating whether or not to give 3 stars or 4, but I’ll give 4 stars for the waitress being nice (Fallon), and the fact that my friend left his phone in the restaurant and they were able to hold it and give it back to him that night.
So, it started off very strange! We had dinner reservations for 8:30. We showed up at 8:20. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about who should seat us, where they should seat us, who we were, etc. A young man grabbed some menus and said “Charlotte party of 8?” No, we were a party of 3. So then he just walked away. 🤷🏼♀️ Super strange! Finally my friend who made the reservation asked again if we could be seated. The manager apologized and sat us.
Our waitress was very attentive and nice, but she was a bit forgetful. We ordered a bottle of wine, a sparkling water bottle and some pretzel bread to start. So she came back with the wine and water and asked if we wanted any pretzel bread. Again, we said yes, and asked for another glass so we could share the bottle of sparkling water. She never did bring that other glass, but no big deal.
My friend ordered the pretzel crusted pork chops. My husband ordered the Parmesan crusted mahi mahi, and I ordered the roasted Atlantic salmon.
The salmon was ok. I’ve had better. I tried my husband’s mahi because that was my second choice. I didn’t like it at all. It was overcooked for me, but my husband never complained about it. It came with broccolini which my husband didn’t eat. I tried it and it was SO buttery I could not eat more. The wine was good, but not my favorite Sauvignon blanc I’ve had.
After we were done eating the waitress offered coffee to which our friend accepted. A little later she came by so see if we needed anything else and offered us coffee again. It would probably help her if she wrote things down. Again, we told her we had already ordered some. She brought out three (I guess just to be safe), even though our friend was the only one who ordered any. No big deal.
We were the last ones to leave. I felt bad about that and actually ushered my husband and his coworker out so that they could close up. Back at our hotel our friend realizes he doesn’t have his phone so we called and they had found it. He Ubered back and retrieved it.
So, overall, I was disappointed in the food, although, I thought the menu prices were very reasonable!
The waitress was nice, but she would have been better if she wrote things down and hadn’t forgotten a few things.
The restaurant was clean and nicely lit and comfortable.
I might go back. Maybe to a different location and try some other menu items. Again, only because the prices are very reasonable.

We had a reservation for 7:30pm & arrived at about 7:25pm. There appeared to me open reservations every 15 minutes for the complete evening via OpenTable. We were told that we were checked in & it would only be a moment until we would be seated. 42 Minutes later we were sat, after every other group had been sat, whether they were there before us or arrived 30min after us. I asked 2 times for an update & was told the same thing "they are clearing off tables right now & it will only be a minute. I had requested a both & was told " it looks like we have many available & that should not be a problem". I walked to the edge of the dining room and counter 4 open & clean in 1/2 of the large dining room. When we were called to be seated I asked for confirmation of being seated in a booth & was told" no sorry, we didn't have any available". At this point we about walked out. I communicated what we were told & what I just counted, not even bringing up that we had waited over 40 minutes. The employee walked back to the host stand & returned telling us there is now a booth that we are going to. Very poor customer service. Once we were sat, our waiter Jax arrived quickly & helped turn out evening around. Typically our experience with the wait staff is average at best. Jax was the best we had ever had at this restaurant. His wine recommendation paired well with the entree & was just what I was looking for. All the courses came out well timed, fresh & perfectly prepared. We hope that next time our experience starts as well as it ended this time.
Parking: Jax was the best server we have had here.

Food was horrible. I had the short rib risotto. The service was super slow. For the price you pay - this place should be flawless.

My boyfriend made reservations here for my birthday. He specified it on the reservation, when we got there and when we sat down. Not a single person said happy birthday or did anything to make it feel like we were there for a celebration. The drinks we got were fantastic, as was his steak. My entree wasn't the greatest. The shrimp and scallops were ok, but the actual risotto was not. The rice used didn't seem to be arborio, and there was no creaminess. Just rice and veggies, which is fine, but not what I was hoping for. All in all, I wasn't too impressed. It seems like a fun spot specifically for wine, but maybe not for a meal and a birthday celebration. I don't know that we'll be back.
