Our evening out was to celebrate our 40th anniversary, the staff was very attentive, from Vincent the bartender to our waiter, Nathan the food was delicious pared with the Pinot Noir Lux we had with our dinner and the surprise champagne to celebrate our anniversay. We will be back.

One of our "go-to" places. Good wine, good food and good service. Ask for Nathan as your server. He was very attentive and accommodating. We sat outdoors and were very comfortable. The chicken piccatta was very good with generous portions. We brought home an amount equivalent to what we ate.

The BBQ Chicken salad was so fresh and delicious that I had to eat every bite!! My friends truly enjoyed their meals of a cheeseburger and Parmesan chicken! Everything was wonderful!

Enjoyed a nice lunch with a family member. Never say no when asked about visiting CHW! Sooo very happy that there is FINALLY a CHW on the West side of the Valley! Thank you for listening to those of us Wine Club members from the Midwest who live on the West side & are now only 10-20 minutes drive away from the new Surprise location instead of 30/50 minutes to other locations!

We had a wine tasting first and it was very good. Melissa provided her insight into the various wines. We sat outside for dinner and everyone enjoyed their various meals. The outside space is a relaxing option.
I wouldn't recommend the wine tasting on the last weekend of the month. Very crowded and difficult to get a place. Wish the restaurant wasn't so noisy. It would greatly enhance the meal.

We had another fabulous dining experience here. We were joined by another couple and their baby who had not dined here before. Ari was our server and did a fabulous job as she always does. We started with a carafe of the barrel reserve which is terrific. Our starters were the Thai lettuce wraps and the Brussels sprouts. Both were delicious. The meals came next and everyone cleaned their plates. The service was well paced and professional yet friendly. Even though it was a very busy Saturday night we were not rushed at all. Our guests were impressed with both the food and service and promised to visit again soon. Great job Cooper's Hawk and Ari!
It was our date night and our first time dining at Cooper's. Our server, Jax or Jacks, was very welcoming and had great energy. He was very helpful with explaining the menu and wine club to my husband and me. Unfortunately, we had to cut our date night short before our food was able to come out but Jax made sure to take care of us, had our food boxed and gave us complimentary vouchers for our next visit. The weather was getting windy and Jax also took it upon himself to lower the blinds for the guests to be more comfortable outside. Definitely going to be back soon!

The evening started out great with delicious drunken shrimp and cocktails, but when 75 minutes passed after getting the appetizer and our entrees didn't arrive, we asked about our meal and they said they would check. 10 minutes later no update and still no food. We cancelled our meals and left. The manager comped us but it was a bust. Probably not going back until they hire enough staff to keep up with customers.

We've been to Coopers Hawk several times but this one was very disappointing. Seemed like whatever we wanted to order, they were out of early on a Friday night. Such as tonic water for a cocktail, tuna and grouper. I had the Maui Maui and it was overcooked with very little flavor. We weren't even offered water; we had to ask for it.
Our waitress Sidney was fantastic. Great service with helpful advice on our order along with having a great customer experience. We are coming back soon and are having 12 friends getting together on May 3rd

Their wines are amazing across the board and Joleen is an amazing Tasting room attendant. Her wine knowledge and conversation were both great. The kitchen makes the food from scratch and it shows. The flat bread, calamari, prime sandwich, churasco steak, and Asian slaw are my favorite.

Last night we dined at the Scottsdale location. It was the BEST dining experience I've had and I've eaten at a lot of very nice, high end restaurants in my lifetime. Derek was our waiter and he is simply the BEST !!! He was on top of his game and we never had to ask for anything as he did a fantastic job anticipating our needs. Food and wine were delish as always but Derek was "the icing on the cake". Hope the General Manager knows how fortunate they are to have Derek representing this fine establishment. Thank you for a fabulous dining experience !

There are pros and cons to this place. The pros: great drinks, great appetizers, friendly staff, cool wine tasting area when you walk in. The Brussels appetizer is incredible. The brussels are crispy, perfectly seasoned, drizzled with the siracha and mint, then topped with the crushed nuts...it's bursting with flavor. WINNER! We ordered the surf and turf. One with the filet and grouper and the other with the medallions and grouper. The grouper is moist, perfectly cooked with the most amazing pistachio topping and a slight mustard sauce. Absolutely wonderful. The medallions were overcooked when I asked for med rare, they came out well done. The veggies were burnt and dried out, and the Betty potatoes were bland. They did remake the steak, so I'm grateful for that. The biggest downside is how hard they try and sell the wine membership. It's a great place for food and drink and you should be able to go there without a 15 min speech on the wine club and then again midway through dinner. It's annoying, especially if you are a repeat guest. It's a complete turnoff from loyalty in my opinion as I don't want to deal with that every time.
